Hi Pat,
I saw them and thought they maybe bed and ISA’s as only a 0.03 difference on the buy and sell for the same amounts.
I have all my BMN Shares in my ISA account already but am freeing up some cash in cash this is forced lower by these chunky sells.
I might help if you are emailing fortune directly to spell his surname correctly mojapelo not mojipelo.
I have also had responses from Chika.
I would go via her as she does investor relations. Fortune is running the business and the Enerox video was a good start but I continue to trust him to deliver the strategy and will add to my ISA holdings if the price drops over the coming months. You don’t have to use your ISA allowance in the first week and sometimes it’s better to hold off and wait for opportunities. Each to their own but after 8 or more years there have been multiple times to take advantage of dips but the trick is to have funds available to do so. I have a decent holding so I benefit if the price shoots up but I can increase it if there are games in play.
The important news in this RNS, ignored by a certain poster, is that Fortune still holds 12.8 million shares in BMN.
If you are paying yourself in shares not cash some will need to be sold to pay the tax liability. Standard practice as others have mentioned.
Must try harder as all the info explain the sale was there along with the much larger retained holding.
Going to hang on to the end now. UBS think it is worth holding 8.41% (after the transfer from Zurich to London), so will look forward to a final pay day after the litigations are settled one way or another. Hope it’s next year as it’s been a long journey since RT sold out. Merry Xmas WTG holders.
Macanman,
It should be 2.75% not 3.75%. Hope they correct this typo as it’s not great advert for the Company in checking their figures before publishing. Happy to do this for them for a small fee (bushy shares)!!!
JMC,
Vanchem isn’t a mine, just a processing plant (see page 31 of interim results presentation for details of the structure). Mokopane is the second mine BMN have as well as Vametco. “Brits” is an extension of Vametco, as situated new door. Thereby increasing the resources to be processed at Vametco and or Vanchem. Mokopane not yet operational.
For reference to scale, Aries Solar Power (in South Africa) have a 30 hectare solar project that generates 11MW from 45,000 solar panels. Check their website for more details.
The email address on the Company website.
I am W so at the end of the alphabet. Send them a secure message. They replied to mine after the money was sent to my ISA cash account.
Got my “dividend” into my ISA cash balance with Equiniti just before noon today. Not great but about par for the course with this type of transaction on this platform.
Hi Joey,
I sent Equiniti a system message this morning. Awaiting a response which I will post when received.
Not yet. Mine is due in ISA via Equiniti (Shareview).
Hoping some time today.
Equiniti Financial Services provide nominee services like AJ Bell / Hargreaves Landsdowne.
They are not in the same category as Golden Summit. It is a large number of private investors (myself included) so it will be some of them selling off rather than the Institution per se. The platform they use is called Shareview for ISA services and investment services.
Cheers
Hi Jimbo,
Good analogy. Just hope there is a steady of news so that any attempt to blow out the candles doesn’t succeed. We were at 24p in Feb so a 70% rise only gets us back to pre-covid levels. News on Enerox (at a re-negotiated price ??), plus news on Electrolyte Plant, Lemur, Eskom Tenders and other storage deals plus an increasing Vanadium price will hopefully get us out of the current stagnation and draw in new investors. I have the matches ready to light the candles. It’s been a while coming !!!
Ken,
Plus...
Lemur sale
ATM investment
REDT/Avalon reverse takeover (VIP investment)
Other VIP investments ??
MiniGrid-Battery storage at Vametco and as per RNS other BMN sites.
Q1 production figures (Vametco / Vanchem)
I little research into other companies with two listing s (SOLGOLD - previously mentioned on here by someone) will show additional shares are not required. SOLGOLD are on TSX (Toronto) so a review of their RNS’s will show the listing on TSX and also the fact no new shares were issued for that. Volumes are low on TSX but expect higher volumes on JSE as the mines/processing/etc.. are in the Bushveld. Research, research, research
Numpty, I am not sure collusion is the right word to use. The definition of collusion is to deceive so this is not something I associate with BMN.
Thanks for the BBN info. I missed the RNS as it came after I went to work. Saw we had an RNS just now but hadn't trawled through the 100+ messages sent since it come out. Was a pleasant surprise to see we had so much inventory so we can supply our existing customers this year and use some of our 2020 production for the Electrolyte plant (currently being built). Glad Mokopane is now a done deal and that will add to the busy schedule Fortune referred to for Jan 20 onwards.
Of the 2019 production of 2,833mtv, 441mtv (or 15.5%) was unsold as of year end. This seems a good call with the price of Vanadium rising at the start of 2020, so hopefully a significant increase in income for the current year.
0.25% spread. Tightest it’s been for a while. Being used to up to 1.5% spread, although real spread has been tighter. Just another way for the MM’s to cloudy the waters. Wander how long it will last.
