Blencowe Resources: Aspiring to become one of the largest graphite producers in the world. Watch the video here.
Page 14 of the second document has a picture of UET reinforced steel containers with the following caption below :

This seems to indicate we might be a viable option for the Energy Storage to go with the Solar Panels !!!
My 10k trade at 9.32 is showing as a sell @ 21.49. It was a buy, so by offering shares below the mid-price they show as sells and give an unclear picture of trading.
We did. That’s dreadful !!!
Hi,
At the time of the first payment 90p per share, there were 461MM shares in circulation, as evidenced by the £415m cost of the capital repayment (see below).
There was a subsequent 10:1 share consolidation, so the remaining 10p per share is now £1 per share. Escow has circa £50M and with 46MM shares in circulation that is £1.08 per share. Share price of cira £1.45 represents the £50MM in escrow plus the value of the remaining businesses to be sold, of which one is in the process of being sold.
All clear now !!!
QPP RNS 02/11/15
Quindell Plc (AIM:QPP.L) announces that, pursuant to previously stated commitments, the Board of Directors of Quindell plc (the "Board") has decided to pursue a two stage distribution of 100 pence per share, with an initial, Court approved, capital repayment to shareholders of 90 pence per share and expects to seek Court approval for this to be made to shareholders in December 2015 at a total cost of approximately £415 million.
The Cornerstone investors from last year could sell 50% of their holding (i.e their profit from the increase from 10.6p to 21.2p) but would still retain their initial investment in BMN and use the profit to invest in BMN’s VIP venture. Not a bad punt at zero extra cost to them.
From Bushveld Energy website VRFB Technology - Advantages
Two common large scale battery technologies have significant deficiencies in utility scale applications
Lead-acid batteries are the most abundantly used technology today but are also Toxic
Prone to theft
Limited in large-scale, long- duration application due to a limit of under 2,000 cycles / lifetime
Lithium-ion batteries have high efficiency and power density, but also Face scalability challenges
Feature high set-up and production costs
Are composed of toxic and flammable materials, making safety an issue in populated areas
Are still limited by 3,000-5,000 cycles and permit only partial depth of discharge (DoD), meaning over 50% of the battery rating cannot be used
Thanks for the update on the interview RK. Really looking forward to hearing what Fortune and Mikhail have to say about recent events but more importantly any hints about what is coming up re East London, Mini Grid, revamp of Vanchem, more "VIP" activity and further news on Mokopane.
Cheers. Have a good weekend everyone and enjoy listening to F&M.
Allowed a small dummy buy @ 22.3 (not live). Very quiet on the trading front this morning. Will focus on Fortune’s Crux interview hopefully later today. Look forward to hearing his answers to the questions posed by this bb.
Just got a NT message for a dummy sell via Equiniti. Unusual. Will try a dummy buy now for comparison.
Also relevant in the same "vein" !!

I think he means 5% of the merged entity Avalon/REDT. This is not just REDT it’s a combined entity via the reverse takeover. 5% holding gets BMN the right to a board member if maintained for a year after merger. Retain right to board member if holding 10% after one year and 2 board members if beneficial ownership increases to 20%.This is clearly the plan if things work out to BMN’s satisfaction.
Didn't take long for the loan money to be re-invested at higher rates with Commitments fee which are both convertible into Avalon/REDT shares at conclusion of their merger!!!
Got to love Fortune's deal making nous. Also like the sound of a VIP (VRFB Investment Platform)
. As others have said Fortune is always a few steps ahead so looking forward to
further investments (eg Cellcube) in due course. In Fortune I continue to have faith. Now waiting to hear more Mikhail.
Go Bushy.

Hi,
I can only see one event on the South African Government website (which was at 10am South Africa time). Sorry
I can't invent another one but not sure why you would need two if you have briefed the media at 10am !!
Hi,
Hopefully this is more helpful !!
Minister Mantashe has announced that he will hold a media briefing on 18 October to outline the contents of the long-awaited plan.
Thanks for that detailed breakdown of all the upcoming events for BMN. I have printed it out and will cross them off as they occur with the date and the share price reached for each milestone. That way I can see which event creates the greatest movement in the share price and but also see what is still to come in the story (only half told).
I am earmarking Vanchem as milestone 1 and Mokopane as milestone 2 but expect things to be pretty fluid for the other items over the coming months. BMN wallchart ready to be annotated in the next couple of weeks !!
Cheers,
Winecellar
Pdub,
Thanks for the transcript, I listened to John and then read the transcript. Looking forward to John talking again once Vanchem is over the line by month-end. So much to look forward to in the coming months with increased production, operating improvements at Vanchem, new listing, 2019 results, mini-grid, Eskom tenders, new VRFB news. I am excited with all this to come in the next few months.
Cheers, Winecellar.
The % is based on AUM (assets under Mgmt), so it’s .7% of the portfolio, not a fee percentage. I worked on Global Custody so this is how they measure the return.
Hi all,
Just come back from Crete and there are solar panels everywhere. All the houses/flats have solar panels to heat their water and there are large arrays of panels visible on the new road from the airport. Just crying out for a energy storage solution to fully utilise their abundant solar generation.
