In my opinion CBX will need to raise more cash this year, that is my opinion, the last i checked we live in society which embraces free speech.

Try using your own brains for once

The only reason to invest in a company you don't already own is to make money, both these company's shares have fallen massively over the last year and you still believe in the them,

Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats

I feel identifying Weaknesses & Threats to a company is more important information to a potential investor to be aware of than its Strengths & Opportunities.

A company will seldom freely admit to having Weaknesses so it the job of the investor to find them out themselves prior to investing & also after investing

Existing shareholders do not like having flaws in the company they have put money into highlighted as they feel it will discourage other from investing effecting the share price and so react with anger and aggression to anyone with less than glowing testimony.

If more private investors took the time to think about their investments & question the company's they invest in they would be far better off financially

A question i would be asking CBX in the next Q&A session is ....

They have an agreement to buy their raw material from the Canadian company Willow Biosciences, this company's share price has fallen 88% in the last year, from $1.64 to $ 0.19, which is an all time low for the company.

If Willow go out of business or stop manufacturing the compounds that CBX need, do they have an alternative supplier ?

I have had a position in this one a few times, at this time i have no shares so i have the luxury of sitting on the side lines and watching.
If this company can turn itself around and start selling stuff i will buy back in, until that time i will sit and watch.
My next point of interest will be the results at the end of next month.
Time will tell

I will be here to congratulate the long term holders of this stock if it reaches 100p per share

On the flip side i will be here if this stock goes to 0p per share to remind them i told you so

The UT was for a grand total of £ 140 hence the 9% massive pop on the close

Yes Sharebel, i've heard a rumour Jeff Bezos has joined forces with Elon Musk to raise the capital to make a bid for CBX

They tried to buy the company but the bloody MM's fudged the deal

In the strategy & trading update RNS of the 21st February 2022 CBX stated

" Four more products are expected to be launched during 2022 "

Is that not the case any more ?

If you do not understand my post stating the price of this share has dropped from 6.5p to 2.6p is a negative, I feel you should not be investing in shares, or allowed to use scissors, or play with matches etc.

I had many similar replies as you have just posted a few months ago, and plenty of abuse also, when i advised caution around this stock, the price of CBX then was 6.5p it is now 2.6p, so you could say i was right to be cautious.

The point i was making is the stock market is not the same as last year, early last year you could raise cash very easily, now you cannot, loss making companies will have to place new shares at a deep discount to their share price, this will then depress the share price even further, as per CHLL today

If you seriously think this stock will reach 20p this year i feel you will be sorely disappointed

If you hold this stock you need to look at CHLL, they had to raise more cash at a 60 % discount to their share price. Look what happened to the share price the day after

CBX need to raise more cash at some point this year.

Nice timing of the hammer blow of an RNS by the company, after markets close on Friday,
