I have been an investor here and a non investor so hopefully I can see this from both sides

On the plus side CBX now have products in the market & potentially more to follow

On the minus side CBX will need more funds to continue their journey, how they raise the funds needed is a question that remains to be answered.

Totally inexcusable, this point should have been clarified with the FSA months ago, how can this company hope to survive, they have very few products in the market & half of them have just been banned

What was the RNS all about ?

According to the original prospectus of 22nd Feb 2021 Durban Holdings aka Jonathan Bixby & Mike Edwards owned 78,000,000 shares or 15.5 % of the company

So what is the RNS for ?

The annoying thing about this company for me is the products they sell are excellent, i am convinced the price point is wrong, that is why they are not producing the sales

They have got to start with some sort of loyalty scheme, 3 for 2 offers, voucher codes, something, anything to get the sales up, even if is just for a limited period, many other companies use this business model, why not CBX.

The Company will report its half-year results for the period ending 28 February in late May 2022.

The serum was launched on the 1st March 2022 so sales of that will not be included in the May results

Did they ever find a head of sales and a head of marketing they were looking for months ago ?

Good you were able to get out of your position when you wanted too, although not at the price presumably
it's important these products are liquid most of the time.

I went the other way and took a few more, cant see this rally lasting much longer, hope to catch the ride down

Trading the short side is quite a white knuckle ride if your not used to it, in fairness thats what attracts me to it. lol
You need to be comfortable in your own investments / trades

I have never had any trouble trading this product in the past

I feel as more and more execs exit the company there will be a race to the bottom on the share price

At the IPO they were all issued will loads of lovely warrants exercisable at 1p, while they were dipping into the free money pot provided by the shareholders for their salaries they would be frowned upon for exercising the warrants and selling the shares

Not so when they have left the company, they can still make a tidy profit by exercising at 1p and selling direct to the market at 3.5p, loadsamoney.

These new shares will be hitting the market depressing the share price even more, just when the company has to issue more shares in a placement to raise more money so it can survive

Yes indeed, interesting week last week, higher interest rates in US and UK, inflation out of control, oil back above $100, war in Europe & the market rallies, madness

It was quadruple witching on Friday in the US, stock index futures, stock index options, stock options, and single stock futures expire simultaneously, this always has the possibility of creating interesting markets, masses of money trying to move stocks in both directions. Hopefully next week should be a more predictable week

Still happy with the short side trade at the moment, start of the earning season next week in the US, i cannot see massive outperformance of many companies in this environment

I agree, Putin does not seam the type of lunatic to say 'right enough is enough we'll all go home' there is a lot more to come

The 10.50 trade was a single lot of 238,913 shares a nice round £1m , someone has conviction. lol
