I'd trust the FCA more than the board.

Can the BOD decide when to relist once they have FCA approval - ie. could they sit on it ?

It could be that they've found someone who was prepared to sell them the shares as part of an 'over the counter' transaction (ie. off exchange).

As usual, these shorters have ways and means of getting what they want.

Apologies if this is a dumb question. Was the speculation following Mouldy's performance at the last quaterly update around a major tie up definitely relating to MyProtein ? Given the news yesterday regarding Google and Ingenuity it would be disappointing if that was what MM was getting everyone excited about.

Hoping there is more to come and something big in the nutrition space.

Kellanova are being acquired by Mars.

There was a definite sense that last time the SP was taken down to make sure this was removed from the 250, potential as humiliation for Mouldy. Who’s to say the same won’t happen again having walked it up to get included.

This is a traders share and the city have Mouldy on a string , to play with as they wish.

I wonder if we’ll get an RNS in the morning ?

Was today’s rise based on news that has leaked. If so, then not great that it’s so obviously got out beforehand.

If no news then is the rise the start of a rerate, or is it another flash in the pan with games being played by the city traders who will take it back down over the next few days.

I’m hoping that we are genuinely moving back nearer to some sort of value for genuine reasons, not because of leaked news or city pump and dump antics.

A 3 for 1 share consolidation.

At present, the latter looks the most likely !

What’s the betting that within 6 months Sue Farr will step down from here to ‘focus on other opportunities’.

Market news focussing on the profit warning side of the announcement. Anything not to avoid being positive.

I think a lot of the Rolls Royce turnaround has been driven by the new CEO they brought in at the time.

No doubt Numis won’t take this lying down and will double down on their efforts to discredit Mouldy. The city will circle round one of their own , so probably right when they said he can’t stop this.

Looks like good new for banks and finance companies on this one. Hopefully bounce back on Monday.

100 - that's my concern. I don't believe Mouldy has finished with the financial engineering of THG following the spin off of Ingenuity and the debt transaction. Kelso and others suggested separating to the sum of the parts would release value, I think Mouldy would be looking to take each part of this on the cheap and get off the LSE. Watch out for the next 5pm RNS, who knows when it will come.

I see he’s not happy with the Numis guy being appointed at Barclays. Just read back over the background to the issues Matt had with Numis - with hindsight it looks like they were pretty accurate when they highlighted doubts over Ingenuity and potential accounting irregularities. The valuations and statements from Moulding at the time are pretty laughable nowadays.

What price will this get to before they confirm whether a sale will proceed or alternative plans ? Been quiet for a while now and not looking good for holders.

Surely they would have forward sold before converting if they had any sense. Hence why this has dropped so much in last couple of weeks.
