Bots now control the share price of many stocks. They fire through small trades to move control the price with the general result that when there’s no news the price drifts lower on a daily basis. The lack of genuine liquidity in UK markets outside certain stocks leaves shares like THG et al open to this sort of manipulation. As has been said a lot recently, this is why more companies are shunning the London market and going to the US. Why stay on a market that allows this level of manipulation to result in your company being wildly undervalued?

Only just noticed that Glg have now reduced their short to under .5%.

Oculus , the original notification back in September that first announced that a demerger was being proposed contained the following -

If they get this down 25% from the placing price does that make the ingenuity value £75million - ie. Equal to the placing funds being handed over ?

MW dipped under the 0.5% reporting threshold back in June so no visibility whether they are still short. Ennismore are the others sat just over the 0.5%.

Hoping results at the end of the month will mark a turnaround. Potentially a good recovery stock in the making, though US still an issue with potential tariffs now.

I think this is more opaque wording from Fooler. They have ‘contracted’ revenues - that doesn’t equate to actual revenues.

I don’t think it’s just Boohoo that are a concern. There is the institutional legal case and the FCA investigation hanging over this, plus the continued links back to the original BoD despite all the damage they did. Throw in the debt , plus the fully drawn down RCF and that is too many red flags for many people.
