Their 'delays' I believe are normal and come with the territory. NCCL have had their own. However, NCCL now further ahead given the pace and productive progress of talks with GE/CMEC

fixate on the bigger picture with a healthy finances a ppa that will be signed -eventually - another project in another country that should be fast tracked in line with the mcpp and the current search for additional projects in various locations and utilizing various power sources - - the revenues in just these two will equate to a number that only just fits on my calculator -ah thats better
