Equita Smart Capital Eltif, a mid market private equity investor that Equita Capital sgr manages, acquired a 33.3% of Clonit, an Italian developer of molecular tests for infective and genetic diseases (sSee here a previous post by BeBeez). The fund subscribed a capital increase of the target and acquired part of the stakes of the company’s founder Carlo Roccio (90%) and the ceo Dario Russo (10%). Clonit has sales of 6.1 million euros, an ebitda of 2.2 million (an above 30% ebitda margin) and net cash of 32,000 euros. Clonit aims to grow organically and through acquisitions. Equita Capital is currently fundraising ahead of a final 140 million target with the support of Allfunds Bank and other placement agents for the retail distribution.

I could go on but I won't, I know the company has had a shocker but trust me even if you are invested I've got far more financial pain than you and you can't even watch listen or read what has been said at the presentation, you really are a prize one.

Hi Gizmo555 I'd have no issue as I've said before with GM getting his bonus after we won/win the dhsc dispute, he will have signed it off so such a significant dispute the buck would stop with him, paying him out before makes no sense.

I don't think he kept his eye on the ball for post covid forward planning the way it's played out makes that's extremely obvious.

Anyway having watched the presentation it appears there's quite a bit going on thankfully let's see how this ltip plays out.

Pebble I agree they'd probably say signed after markets closed, which could be true.

harchris, I listened to most of the presentation in the beach carpark so missed a few bits in the middle. Tentatively, there does seem to be a bit of momentum now but 2022 is an absolute write off for now, in no small part imo due to Mullis leaving a flaming bag of dog sh@t on ncyts doorstep and Allmond in his attempts to stamp it out ending up dragging it around the house for 100 days.
