Edgein...yours is the kind of positive post that's really helpful. I am simply trying to point out to investors that some information here is misleading and dangerous to newcomers. I also think that their constant 'repetitive ' ramping puts people off.

I think Forensic that you put off more investors than you attract. Yes, I agree that REE is a decent investment but you have made and continue to make wild predictions. Mining investments are complex. The revised MRE will be inferred and thus it will only be an indication. Wise investors will have already worked through the numbers which is why mining shares do not often 'lift off'on new. We already know about a fair value of 8.9p but the share is no there is it? The share price grows as we move along to indicated numbers and finally measured results. In addition, there are no promises of further US investment or grants at this stage. By all means blow the REE trumpet but please hold back on wild innuendo. Most share chat boards if small cap Co's are full of 'rampers' and to proper investors they often appear to make rather silly predictions.

We commenced the SR with a share price close of £5.58. (C£100 million MC). Are we worth $200 million? I feel thats nearer the number however and hopefully with a few big hitters interested there may be a bit of competition and we could reach $240 million. Any views? The talk of SP of £20 sounds OTT and so does £15. Even the mentioned £12 would require a bid of $290 million. Can't see that! Can you??

Exactly, Offmessage....also, my guess is these are quite large organisations on the shortlist and thus would not use a third party proxy at this stage. Thats crazy! Dowgate are simply investing in what is a great business, well managed with lots of opportunities going forward and of course, why we are here too. On the basis that we are an AIM share a lot of the institutions cannot jump in here thus Dowgate have quite a clear run.

Sparky...there are a few interested and I guess 'qualified' parties...not several. Its probably a shortlist and you don't normally have 'several' on a shorlist.

Further..how is the SP down on such news? Well, the positive Q1 update was somewhat expected and built in to the recent upswing in the SP. The SR update has suggested we are still a while away from a proper bid, albeit it could be quite soon. The shortisted parties would now be in receipt of the Q1 numbers too which they were no doubt waiting for. I'm also guessing that the last week or so has seen a number of short term traders investing. They will now believe they have a month maybe to go re-invest elsewhere. That's how it works for traders!

So folks, it looks like we have a short list of a few willing to perhaps meet the boards expectations and granted access to the data room. Perhaps at least a month to 6 weeks off I would imagine however the good news is that there could be potential buyers bidding against each other. Great Q1 numbers supporting a potential sale. All speculation of course but it sounds good to me. DYOR

Sparky..sorry but I can't seem to make sense of your post....'incentive to announce'? You are correct in saying that the strategic review may not indeed annouce a sale, merger, acquisition etc, however i don't understand what you are trying to say? The Q1 and strategic review update/outcome could very easily all come together. Why not?

Shareinsuccess...Bang on Sir. However, this is a share that will not really increase month on month. Understanding drug development is critical for investors. This share will either collapse on bad news from current trials or indeed blast off into space. The latter being perhaps the expected option. Larger pharma will be looking and waiting for results at start of H2.

Data and past trials are positive. Remember, there was a 'mates only' cap raise in February which included a later subscription for shares at $1.50 so there we are. (again for 'mates only') I wrote to GC and received a reply confirming 'mates only' and we don't give a monkees re you UK SH's (not his words but his meaning). I contacted IG too, paper tiger!. Nonetheless, I do belive that there will be some reward if we hang on in there while GC and his mates try to buy up all shares. DYOR
