Mr Positive...if you were not interested in daily price movements as your post suggests surely you would not be posting continuously each and every day. You, together with Marco7777, jollygoodya and a few others have made a mockery of this board. You have, collectively, put off many investors from visiting this board and perhaps even investing in Altona. There is a well know song by Stealers Wheel, Stuck In The Middle With You....though I won't repeat the famous line which mentions clowns and jokers. Please give it rest....

Marco...are you not contradicting your earlier Ai generated post re USA funding?. As I have said before, youself together with a few like minded rampers are doing this share an injustice with your constant unclarified claims of resource quantaties, future funding and forever claiming to topping up at every dip in the share price. It appears that you have limited knowledge re early stage mining investmens. Pure 'punting' and readers here should be cautious of what you preach here. Altona is a decent investment given where we are to date however thats for investors to determine from pure facts and not your wild comments. You remind me of a colleague who spends a lot of his time in William Hill!

Varnish...the Takerover Code requires UK listed Co's to strickly folow procedures. One must assume that the recently acquired Conscession Agreements that were signed off by the Eygptian Government would now need Eygptian Government consent to allow the said Agreements to be transferred to a.n. other as part of the SPA. That takes time!

Hopefully we may see some traction given the latest results and upbeat commentary. Once the pharma Co's bite we could see some plesant activity.

Joe...as frustrating as you may feel and sound there is no shortcut to proceedings. The Takerover Code regulates the way forward. I guess as I've suggested before that the interested parties are 'big hitter' and as such there will be no leakage or chatter. Major sharholders have not been active either. One could assume that if there is to be no bid, we may well have heard news by now. Is there a plan B? Some posters talk about a potential NASDAQ listing and others a MBO. Can't see the latter though I may be wrong. It would be difficult for private equity to meet perceived valuations. They would need major shareholder support too though that's a possibility. My feeling is that there is a sale to be executed, but it's only a feeling..

One could speculate bakerboy that news is on its way sooner rather than later. It's been an extremely lengthy review given that it commenced in October 2025. One could further assume that all other options were initially investigated, i.e mergers, acquisitions, NASDAQ listing et all and the final decision by the BOD's was to work toward an outright cash sale, the word cash being key! If there is an acceptable offer I would think we will hear shortly. Why? Timing! Its a purchase of c a few hundred million dollars/ pounds and probably by a 'big hitter' and that should not take too long, though the other earlier options will have drawn out the process thus far. It could well be that an unconditional cash offer is made and we will be advised as per the code. However, we could see a bun fight thereafter if a bidding war emerges. Fingers crossed folks!

Correct tbow...there are many many resons why a Co's share price is depressed. Early stage mining investments are often volitile and frequently the same group of investors share their investments across a range of early stage mining Co's, selling and buying, jumping in and out as news is released. A lack of institutional buyers does not help either. Nor does the constant rampers making wild and unsupported statements and frequently repeating the same points re REE that most of us are aware of.

A MRE is only a guide too and until a FPS is released there is much ongoing speculation. Serious investors will be looking for Indicated estimates rather than Inferred estimates as the latter cannot be converted to 'Reserves' and thus extraction planning cannot properly commence and 'economic' values are not supported.

As I've previously stated a lot of water needs to pass under the bridge, notwithstanding the method and cost of Galium extraction.

Is this Co a good investment at this stage, yes of course and I am an investor along with a portfolio of early stage mining Co's. I don't post often and yes, I sometimes sell shares in my portfolio and invest in other Co's as I understand the timelines involved with flat line periods non productive. Early stage mining Cos are capital intensive with long lead times hence the early stage Co's are nearly always acquired pre extraction and prehaps Altona may be acquired earlier than it would have been in the past as companies like USA, Rare Earths Inc and REalloys Inc willl be looking for feedstock.

100% agree Areafund...and yes a deal may not be agreed though I kind of believe one will given the time taken being rather lengthy for what is quite a straightforward business model. Notwithstanding that some valuation hurdles exist..i.e the reduction in future earnings from video v audio (as a % margin) and some really big hitters entering the podcast sector. I also believe that Tobin will no doubt understand that previous share prices have no real validity re future or indeed current share prices. I guess we've all been there before...."i wish I'd sold 5 years ago etc". It's all about now and the future. I just hope there is a plan B.

I believe the statement that quickly followed the funding arrangement confirming that any new shares would only be sold at a minimum of 4pm was an after reaction based on ill feeling from shareholders. Further, if we recall, a few large share purchases at a lower price were suddenly cancelled next day. Perhaps we should have given more time for the warrants to be exercused before announcing future funding.

Agree Areafund...... The RNS mentioned nothing at all about mergers, acquistions or alternative listings. There are a few posters here speculating and may not fully understand the 'Code' rules. I also believe that there is bid process being followed with a number of players and indeed we will be due an update as early as next week.

Given the time that has lapsed since the commencement of the SR, last months RNS and access to the Data Room, if competition is there they should be movement very soon. My earlier punt at $200m still stands in my calculation however if a bid is contested we could see that figure rise. Those suggesting historic share prices should understand that they are oerhaps non relevent, given the changes and evelution of audio podcasting and the growth of video casting. Let's see though I think £9 a share today is a channel swim!!.

A number of reasons Usernames...political..Saudis buying into Egypt /Gulf Region, countries knowledge & expertise/ workforce in oil & gas, potential listing on Saudi Exchange, cash and book value etc...however I believe they are simply waiting for the 'Concession Agreement' to be signed. (already ratified)
