My thoughts, with a brisk tail wind and a tad of bidding by interested parties we could see near $200m on the table. Market is more mature now and multiples have dropped from the highs of the past. Major holders will have realised where we are and the involvement of some 'big hitters' now active within the space.

We are nearing the outcome of the current Phase 2A trial and this, subject to results, may well be the start of the 'better days'.

Carters...one might assume that the 4p floor was never part of the deal with Zeus and the broker may have sold shares to certain clients as the SP plumeted. (Was that the large share purchase reversals?). The RNS stating there was a 4p floor may have been an afterthought. Some naivety?? One would assume that if there was a floor it would surely have been included in the original RNS.

Do you feel like you have egg on your face Marco along with Forensic et al. Many of you on here have 'no idea' about investing and certainly early stage 'mining' investments. Gambling...yes maybe. Your constant quotes of 'topped up again' are hard to endure. I find that remarkes such as those, constant SP predictions and idotic assumptions are misleading and help to ruin these chat boards. REE needs capital at this stage and the chosen option is a clever way to raise funds. I did suggest that we arexat a very early stage with little meaured or indicated with the recent MRE while more results and a bonafide PFS is required before the real investors will jump in. It's far too early at the current point in time for even further government intervention.

Well said Mrgamgee. These posters who constantly give out wild numbers and predictions with little or limited knowledge of early stage mining are only bringing harm to this share. They try and further support with statements like "I've just topped up £50k", MM's are playing games, warrants nearly finished, will be 10p next week and regurgitating information widely circulated re rare earths, China's policy restrictions and USA future requirements etc etc.

It's a great share to own Mr Positive but you estimates are up in the clouds. I'm not going into detail because I'm worried about educating you. I.e we can't add Gallium yet even after the MRE as we need the PFS to indicate the measured quantaties rather than inferred and then whether it can be successfully extracted from the Flurospar. It's an extremely complicated process. Maybe you and your mates here can get a price from William Hill??

Yes Spot...exactly....i asked the question because on that board we have people throwing a £13 SP around. In addition Spot...it's a completely different kind of company too, one under goinga strategic review with income and profit and an RNS that states acquisition interests from serious potential buyers at a premium..etc etc.. or perhaps you've not noticed. Completely different and am am simply trying to be realistic having been a SH at Boom for year. You are no doubt part of the rampers brigade on REE. I rest my case...

Daltry, while I would point out that not all mining companies are the same, even if they are at the pre extraction stage with no PFS or 'indicated' measurements, the content of the MRE is as you say often already factored in to some extent. However, you won't stop the consistent ramping from those here that have limited understanding of the risks associated with mining prior to the completion a PFS and risks associated thereafter. Geopolitical is just one of the more prominent ones and one that we have recently seen rear its head in Brasil. These posters pluck numbers out of the sky, exaggerate statements and make themselves appear rather foolish at time. I've said it before and will repeat my words, they collectively do the SP more harm than good and provide misleading information to newby investors. I'm invested here but like you, I am aware of the upside as well as the downside. The US involvement should add some upside to the MRE though the big lift should be the PFS later this year.

Boombangabang...my understanding from reading the SR update is that there are a number of interested parties considering making a cash offer. There are no other comments relating to AB making an acquisition nor reversing into another entity. No chat about partnering with another or listing elsewhere. To me it looks like it's a sale or no sale. One would imagine, given that the SR commenced on 3 October last year, a number of options/ avenues would have been explored. Having been through a similar process myself in the past one would guess that its a sale. It's just at what price. Hopefully with a few bidders! I also note that the SR update suggests thst we will hear something 'during ' Q2 and not necessarily at the end of the quarter. My guess is we will know more by Mid May.

Correct uallmake itup. We now have a time line and a window. Many here do not understand that many shareholders are traders and jump in and out of shares. Nothing wrong with that but it can cause troughs and of course peaks. E.g. Imagine taking £100k out of Boom on last weeks RNS and dipping into ITM, Ceres, AFC etc, then coming back here at say 5.90...its trading. Some people sit and wait, other fon't. No one is right or wrong.

Yes, The Big Show, the process will be strictly set out with timelines and stop dead dates. Access to the DR will be allowed only to 'qualifed' parties who meet the Co's DR access criteria. The parties will have proven funds and be aware of the minimum indicitive offer required. There will be a date set for offers and if one is accepted there is a pre-agreed timeline to close the deal. Looking at a sale the size of Boom (small scale) one would guess the DR would be open for circa one month with DD now taking place (remembering that the SR process commenced in October 2025 and a certain amount of DD will have taken place prior to DR access). Negotiations would perhaps take another month as we may well have more than one offer...or indeed no offers). If an offer is accepted we move to the finalisation of the SPA. The indications given of end of June fit with the process though we may well receive news beforehand if there are no offers or an outright successful bidder. Interesting..

Gerry...it's normally a mandatory pre planning requirement to carry out local consultation. The planning outcome is perhaps the Co's biggest hurdle, especially when it come to life of the life of the mine, extraction methods and extremely importantly, extraction limits. My experience points to potential community interests as to issues such as the number of vehicle movements etc in areas that have been mining free for a while. Early days!

The listing on OTCQB was a condition of the USA Gov grant. Period!

Kd24...i think that SML will long be acquired before we get to any fallow patch. Mining at this level is big buiness and if inferred resources become indicated and the PFS is good too, i'm guessing one of the bigger organisations will step in or even UK Gov/ USA Gov.
