Thanks for posting that info Noel. I have an innate mistrust of financial people/institutions so to me what you posted sounded rather like a fob off.

Having said that I accept that wherever one chooses to park money there is risk, even bank accounts are not totally risk free. If you hold cash there is a risk of theft and the ever present erosion of buying power due to inflation. I am rather partial to physical Au and Ag in my possession, no counterparty risk, no spivs managing it, it has been used as money and a store of value for thousands of years etc. Still has the theft risk though.

John I love beer, can't stand cars other than as a transport necessity and loathe football to an almost alarming degree. Having said that, I understand that other people hold different views and interests so am happy for such topics to be discussed on the board.

I am also happy to read posts covering a wide range of other topics including the issue raised by Noel. Thank you Noel for drawing my/our attention to it.

I too prefer to avoid discord where ever possible but I am not happy for anyone to post a list of acceptable topics permissible for discussion.

I also don't much like the political discussions between you and DJ but I wouldn't dream of instructing you to desist. You have every right to discuss whatever you like, that privilege must however, also be extended to the other board users.

I do recognise that you keep this board ticking over and I thank you for that. I am a share holder. I do hold shares in a nominee account. I am not a Trump supporter but recognise that he is marginally less insane than Clinton. If I have omitted any qualifying statements I'm sure that someone will let me know so thank you in advance.

I'm not sure about us buying their plant, although I do concede that is a potential option that shouldn't be dismissed. Instead how about B2 buying out Condor and then moving their plant to La India.. Surely that would be a very attractive and cost effective move for them?

Many years ago when Centamin began building their mine they started off with second hand plant. They have upgraded along the way but it allowed them to get started with a much much lower capital outlay

I'd like to add to my original post. When I value CNR at £200+ million or £3+ per share it isn't a random figure, well not too random anyway.

I don't see Mark as being rash or as a boaster. So when I hear him talk about 5 million oz, bearing in mind we already have 2.32 million, I can't help but feel that he knows 5 million is easily achievable.

Hence 5 million oz x $50, being the value of gold in the ground, gives $250 million or £196.5 million. Even if they only prove up 4 million oz that still gives a value of $200 million or £157 million.

Add on top of that add a premium for being fully permitted, designed, derisked and the ore having been well tested. Then add on another premium for a smattering of high grade intercepts across the district. Thus providing blue sky potential backed up with confidence and the knowledge provided by selected targets having been drill tested.

I can't help but feel that £200 million would be way too cheap. I also can't think why B2 wouldn't want it.

Of course we need to see this all unfold and it will take time but I think we are approaching the home straight!

Either we have a very exciting 12 to 18 months ahead or a massive anticlimax.

I've been in CNR for 8 years now and never have I felt so optimistic.

The more I think about the potential toll mining arrangement with B2 the more I like it. If it goes ahead we get early cash flow which can be used to prove up more ounces, expand the resource and put some more meat on the bones of the gold district concept. We also get to do front end design of the plant, tailings etc and get them signed off by the Nic government. All of this without any dilution.

B2 get to make extra profit by utilising spare capacity, they get to test the ore for crushability and recovery rates whilst being paid to do it. They also get to watch CNR use the money they earn to expand and further derisk to the stage where it is good to go.

They will have tested the ore, know of an expanded resource and extended mine life and greater confidence in the gold district idea. CNR will also have in place every consent, have billions worth of proven gold and the strong possibility of billions more just waiting for the drillbit.

Sounds like try before you buy to me and £200+ million of anyone's money, or £3+ per share.

I think this is where Mark will prove his worth and really shine!

You need to get with the times, you are way behind the curve in thinking that the world is spherical. There is a growing movement and I might add an interesting body of evidence to support the premise that the world is indeed actually flat.

I also agree that Mark is always ultra conservative in what he says. He has either decided to heavily egg the custard on this occasion in an attempt to repair the share price or he is still being conservative and we are sitting on something huge. I choose the think the later, that we are drowning in targets is underplaying our situation. It gives me a warm glow to think thus and let's face it we are not allowed many of those with Condor!!!

Well chaps I am claiming the credit for today's rise. I am seriously considering topping up here, as is usual for me when I think of buying shares the price shoots up, when I actually buy then the price plummets.

Hence I am going to hold off from buying but I am going to think about it an awful lot for some time to come. Let's see how high my reverse Midas touch can push it. Little does providence realise, I already hold a stack of these so I am in effect outsmarting the universe.

HAA is like a lead weight around this company. Check him out and you will find that he has never actually progressed any project to a point where investors have benefited. He does however do very well for himself!

If we investors are to benefit, or in the case of LTH just recoup our losses, then HAA needs to be replaced by someone competent.

Some of you may take issue with this which is fine but before you do please do the checking!

I am currently reading a fantastic book titled "The Sociopath Next Door". Full of great insight into how the world works, why the world is in such a mess and of pertinence here, the types of people we are dealing with when investing on AIM.

I highly recommend it, do be aware though that awareness does not diminish financial pain!

John I'm no great mathematician but with over a billion shares in issue at £2 that would take our market cap over 2 billion fine British pounds.

We would need to prove up an awful lot of ounces to achieve that or more likely we could have a value crushing consolidation.

I know which I would prefer but also know which is most likely!

I am convinced that this won't go anywhere while Harry is running the show. Emed were a basket case for years whilst Harry was as the helm. As soon he got the push great things started to happen.

Oh Eddie, Eddie my dear optimistic Eddie, how I hope, nay long for you to be proven correct. After so many years of pain, despair and near insanity, how I desperately desire for you to be proven correct with your £6 or as we LTH know it 20p in old money. I was optimistic throughout the dark days of Carlos Estathingy, the fourth signature, Rumbo, the bats and of course the albatross who is Harry (now doing his worst over at Kefi)

Alas I fear you (we) are once again desperately clinging to a forlorn hope. £6 per share will give a value of approx £808 million/ $1.06 billion. We are really only just in a reliable steady state of production, the expansion is incomplete, Astor unresolved and Touro unpermitted. I feel we are about to sell the manor house and just throw in the priceless contents at no extra cost.

How much is Atalaya worth? I haven’t a clue. With Astor resolved, the expansion producing at a reliable rate, Touro permitted and Cu firming then who knows, maybe 20p old money would be achievable.
In my 20+ years of investing, particularly the last 10ish with the tinterweb I like to kid myself that I have learnt a couple of things.

When I was younger and so naive I used to believe in “do your research, find a good story and get in early, get in at the ground floor”. The earlier the better, then that way when it takes off fortunes will be made. Now I know, through much financial and psychological pain, that if you get in early you will be diluted and consolidated to oblivion. Alas poor Yoric I know it so well. Instead, I now know to let the giddy fools rush in and drink their fill on the cheap punch. I can then walk into the party like a dignified statesman and help myself to the unopened single malt. Whilst my head is still suffering from the punch I drank as a young man I have now bought into a few single malts which are maturing well to OK.

I have also learned that as PIs (“the plankton of the investment world” Eric Sprott) we will be shafted, shafted some more, shafted again and then for good measure we will be given a good shafting. I can’t help but feel that we are heading for something akin to a right royal one!

I don’t post often, thank goodness I hear you all sigh, but this has been most cathartic so thank you all and please reassure me that we will get £6 per share!!!!!!

To expand slightly on my last statement re another consolidation. I would expect that to come further down the line after yet more PI wealth destructive placements at deep discount. After all, can a leopard ever really change its spots? Sorry for the negativity but I am feeling deja vu all over again!

Long suffering Emed investors are only too familiar with HAA, for years he presided over Emed as is lurched from one crisis and home goal to another. After they kicked HAA out, rebranded and installed someone who knew what they were doing then things started to progress and the company value started to be realized. It was a great day at Emed/Atalaya when HAA got the push but a sad day for Kefi investors. Another consolidation at some point wouldn't surprise me in the slightest.
