Not sure I understand this tie up in the context of a standalone deal. Why would Calibre want 2 mines that are barely breaking even and to fork out $100 million for the privilege of being saddled with them?I

This only makes any sense in the context of it being the first move in a multimove plan. B2 are being paid with stock? In addition Calibra appear to be raising another $100 million through the issuance of lots of subscription receipts? I may hay misunderstood this part but clearly there is more to come and I think it is a dead cert that Condor will be a part of this. How many other 2.5 million oz deposits are there in the area?

Will the NDA contain an exclusivity clause?

If it does it will very likely mean that MC is unable to negotiate with any other parties. The clock is definitely ticking here and the pressure is on to produce some material progress. The longer this goes on with B2 the more pressure Condor are under. I do hope that either a toll agreement is announced soon or we move on to plan B asap before we run out of money.

Have been a shareholder here for many years, since long before the mine was built. Now I've had enough, sold my shares and moved on. The management team are a disgrace!

£75 million is £1 a share, sounds great to me but I'm not sure how we would get from 20p to £1 without development on the ground. I can't believe that anyone will pay such a huge premium even though I do believe that they would be getting a bargain.

On the other hand some early cash flow would boost the share price and provide oodles of spare cash to carry out zillions of meters of drilling (and juice the share price). Thus we could prove up loads more ounces (more juice for share price) and put meat on the bones of the gold district idea (yet more share price juice). Then attract a bid with a premium (you guessed it, more juice!)

Then I think £2 per share or just £150 million for the whole outfit would still be a bargain.

On the other hand, if they enjoy even the slightest benefit from modern civilized society then I am filled with loathing and contempt for them. Pretty much every aspect of modern society depends upon copper to some degree. To enjoy the benefits of copper whilst simultaneously opposing the mining of copper is craven hypocrisy in the extreme.

If their address was known by the hundreds of ATY employees and their thousands of dependents then maybe natural justice would run its course. Much cheaper than the corrupt gravy train that is the "legal system".

This company confuses me. Isn't this information worthy of an upbeat RNS? Or rather, isn't an RNS mandatory for such a material development? Or am I missing something or reading something into the information that isn't there?

I have always thought/assumed that the Centamin board are more than happy to leave the court case unresolved. I believe that it effectively protects Centamin from a take over and thus allows the board to run the company as a little fiefdom from which they can continue to enrich themselves. I do concede that I am a terrible cynic so could be way off the mark.

Now will you pesky PIs go away, shut up and stop requesting information. Let the board get back to doing what they do best ; )

VanVan, Andrew Maguire has been trotting out the same old lines for years. I assume that one day his gobbledygook will "work down the pipe" but it will be no credit to his predictive capabilities, repeat anything enough times over a long enough time period and eventually you will be proven right.

Sorry if I am being dozzy but am seeking dividend info. I know the final dividend is to be 3 cents but I can't find exdiv or payment dates.

Anyone know when these are or is it that those details haven't been released yet hence me being unable to find them?

Here we are ticking every box, you know what they are, with a market cap of just under £20 million. Greatland Gold who produce nowt, generate no income and have no proven track record of building and running a mine whilst beating all forecasts have a market cap of £74 million.

Never underestimate the power of having a sexy story and being alluring to the herd. Greatland clearly smell of must!
