Ti and Egg I agree, I think and hope there's more to this than we know. Potter wouldn't be so up beat in the RNS on such bad news if he didn't have something else to add. Time will tell. Hoping he's got a cunning plan.

Zag I am in the exact same position as you. I gambled more than I should of. My fault no one else. Would of put me on easy street if it gone the other way. It didn't and my shares are worth 70% less. But I still have them so its only a paper loss. Let's hope the next RNS can give it a decent lift. It will take time but they have not thrown in the towel. Can't help but think Potter is going to have another crack at this. May need a Major on board hence the farm out hint in the RNS and that will mean much less for BPC than they initially hoped for but it's better than the sweet sum of fa. All just my opinion and probably a pile of Sh*te but stranger things have happened. It ain't over yet.

Chesh do you think that is it for the Bahamas? I think we need to see what the results of P1 point to with regard to the working petroleum system.
Is it possible BPC could just sell the licences/acreage to a Major if they can't raise enough for another drill. I don't think the Bahamas oil story is dead yet. It may just be getting started? Hopefully the next few weeks will make things clearer.

A hammer blow today and lots of people taking a loss. Me too on paper! But I'm not selling, no point at this price. I don't expect to make a profit here in the next 6 months. But I do expect It will recover to 2p in the next 6 months especially with news due on our other assets. Its all about patience. After 10 years what's another 6-12 months. The mention of a working petroleum system has meant they are not throwing the towel in on the Bahamas... Yet! They still obviously think the commercial oil is there its just not where P1 was drilled. That is why they mentioned farm in discussions again. Its going to be long hard road back with cash raise resulting in more dilution. No point trying to put bells on it as todays RNS has seen most holders flee, 90% at a loss. Personally I'm holding for another year as I believe the Cerp assets will now be fully focused on. Let this settle for a week or 2 and let's see if the results do indeed point to a working petroleum system not too far away. I don't think the Bahamas oil dream is dead just yet. Spot on Bhoys. If you want to hit the basher where it hurts you should ignore them. Starving them of attention will ultimately leave them no one to argue with or frustrate do they will either a) get bored and try to ruin a different board b) turn on each other. Either way is a win for the genuine holders here. Every time you engage in dialogue with them you feed their attention craving and agenda. Every time you reply they are laughing at you.

This share price is so frustrating. Just when you think this is the start of the move up it retraced. I give up trying to work it out. Just going to sit back and wait for results.

If these are large buys why is the sp not reacting?

Is anyone else cacking themselves? Mixture of excitement, curiosity and fear. Gut feeling says go with it and let's be honest we haven't got much else to go off. When they said tight hole I really didn't think they could keep it this tight.

I was hoping we would see 3p before results but doesn't look likely now. Oh well it looks like I'm holding more than I intended to. Let's hope we have found a very large commercial quantity.

I hope they didn't take any short cuts or leave anything out regarding the insurance as surely they will be made to produce the insurance documents to satisfy the court. If everything is covered we shouldn't have any problems and the opposition could be in deep s*it.

Just about Togo for a little 5k with my 15 year old daughter. She's missing playing her rugby due to lockdown. Got to keep her ticking over as she is a superstar if the future in women's rugby. Is anyone as confused as me? Lombard have sold a huge chunk because they couldn't lose and were guaranteed a sp of 2.3p, is that correct?
So they have obviously not had the nod and a wink from Potter saying we've found loads of oil.
Or was they always going to sell a certain amount for a guaranteed 15% or whatever it equates to?
It will be interesting to see if they sell huge amounts next week or if they leave them in for results. Or will we not know now due to them falling below the 5%?

Laallee I introduced my mate to BPC at just under 3p. He's just been on to me asking what's happening and why the sp is sh*te. Can you ask your m8 to throw us a bone so I can pacify him until we hear something officially. Cheers in advance.

Ni e one Laallee that must of been where I got it from. If these rumours are from someone you trust are you not tempted to up your 12p to maybe 15-20? Just musing before I go off to do my 12hr day shift.
