Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Morning Yonny could you share the inkling that you and POC's share regarding our Aussie friends or would it potentially land you in hot water? G'day ya little ripper.
Will be an interesting day tomorrow. I hope our Cerp friends come on board and we can then hopefully progress as one to move the SP North. See what I did there IK.
Will we get the results RNS tmoro or Fri?
I wish they would get a wriggle on I've been under water since I bought in at 14p a few weeks ago. Done nothing but drop since. Nothing to do but wait now.
It's been due since I bought in at 4p a few weeks ago. Ah well it's only - 25%ish and that could easily be +25% when the RNS dies land. That's the gamble. Stay safe.
Great post Tiburn that's how I have understood the RNS's and presentations.
I think lots of small PI's are still expecting around 5p pre P1 spud.
Possibly 8-10p if Cerp assets increase production around Sept Oct.
Its still all to play for with P1 being irrestible to some just before spud. I mean imagine knowing about it but not being in if its successful. I'll just sit on my shares and see where we are early to mid Dec.
A lot can happen between now and then.
Good luck whatever your strategy and stay safe.
Isn't it the intention of BPC and Cerp to increase production over the next few months on the CERT assets inorder to reduce at least some of the dilution?
Apologies fat fingers.
That's a fair explanation Harry, I understand as I too am a keen angler. The boards don't wind me up as I know 90% of what's written is bollo**s. I was just politely trying to say that the constant bickering is getting a bit boring for those like myself who don't post too often but like to tune in to see if there's been any developments. I font want to filter you as you have suggested to others as when you are not being obnoxious I actually agree with some of your posts and concerns. Just not all of them. I'm going back to reading from afar. Stay safe and good luck Harry.

Harry you're starting to turn back into the Harry that was posting on here a few weeks ago arguing with people. Everyone knows your view on the merger and the dilution. Just chill for a bit until we see how the vote goes. No offence intended fella.
Are we going back to 2p? Just trying to plan my next top up.
Getting tired of seeing this decline now. Tempted to bit the bullet and take the 25% hit and stick it in Eaurasia for a punt?
Apologies for the last line. Should of proof read my post.
I agree Bryn I also see valid arguments on both sides and I think it's important to take a holistic view of the merger situation until we have further updates.
Jim is right to question the dilution and business case as this could potentially change his attitude to his investment strategy.
Personally I think things will be unfolding behind the scenes that will hopefully justify the merger and explain clearly how and why it will be not only cost effective but provide positive cash generation for the drilling of P1 that will be preferable (cheaper) to the funding we currently have on offer.
As it stands at the min the merger leaves lots of what if's that need answering. it looks like BPC carried out due dilligence and said, yeah we can increase production of CERTS current assets here and there sufficiently to satisfy requirements set by potential institutional investors who are sat waiting.
They haven't took this decision on a whim and must of liked the business case that was set before them during merger negotations.
Hopefully we will be told what that business case is in the near future to satisfy and explain exactly why the merger should be voted in. That includes anwering the valid and relevant questions asked by Jim and others.
IK you never put kisses on my last post like you have with others and I have never tried Amarone!
Am I in for a treat?
Hopefully more news before end of next week. Good luck everyone, stay safe and look after each other.
As it stands at the min it looks to me like BPC have
Anyone heard from Bonum lately. Not seen him post here or on Matd board for a while? Seems unusual.
Apologies for the off topic guys but thought whilst it's quiet no one would notice x
Lovely place m8. I headed there thinking it would of been quiet but it was chocka everywhere due to the weather. Stayed in Willymouth too. Hired a place with a hot tub then took the kids to a nearby farm n watched a Lamb being born ??. Fantastic. Will be heading back to lakes soon to do some hills.
Laallee do you live in the lakes or just visiting. I was up at Easedale Tarn on Thurs near Grasmere. Went over to Buttermere too but it was very busy!
Let's hope for a steady rise through next week. My average is 14p so could do with it really pushing on.
