Thought for a Sunday. Many companies including scancell use the term ‘Inflection point’ when a certain milestone or achievement has been reached. This usually is reflected in a companies value.

I’m guessing that going from a phase 2 biotech to a phase 3 biotech could be reasonably described as an inflection point?

All the ‘risks’ of that hurdle are now gone.

Just watched the webinar … good informative professional delivery.

Comments on breakthrough and fast track applications are interesting and also that the target population size for iscib1+ is likely too large for considering orphan designation.

The mention of Blockuster several times also helps the confidence as a long term shareholder .. won’t be trading at 13p .. if it goes down I’ll just top up lol !

Interesting points … however , it would have to be scancells largest fundraise to date to hope to run a registrational phase 3 all alone. The question I think is .. would there be an immuno pharmaceutical company that would be happy to sit on their hands while another did a deal with scancell on the cheap knowing the data that is ‘in the bag’ ??

Scancell are giving themselves the best chance to improve the phase 3 results even further. Looks like they have discovered a reason why those that didn't respond as well in phase 2 didn’t. They clearly can now screen for this with the intention to improve the phase 3 read out. The better ‘indications’ in phase 3 the shorter it could potentially be.

Well done Lindy and the scancell team. I’ll be honest.. I never thought Scancell would ever get as far as being a phase 3 biotech company. (One way or the other!) Well, here we are.

Been an interesting ‘story’ to follow … and it goes on !

Great RNS this morning ! Like a few have mentioned, if the first deal was not progressing well, would they really jump into another! These multi-hundreds of million licensing deals whilst not being money in the bank do make the current market valuation of scancell fairly pessimistic !! (In my opinion) !

I re read the ‘Glymab’ blurb in the RNS .. these are increasingly being put into words more folk will understand at least a little bit !? Or maybe my knowledge is just improving?? Anyway …
