If the FAU share price was to remain low then yes Hama get more shares for the fixed cash sum which would be good. However if and when FAU raise to fund the drilling and development a low FAU share price would see our current holding diluted enormously. We want the FAU share price to rise. Without being patronising can you take my point on?

I am not disagreeing with you on this. My point was if I was an FAU shareholder and FAU were to give hamak a fixed cash amount of FAU shares as an earn in then as an FAU shareholder I get less diluted if the hate price is higher as hamak receive less shares for their money. I take this on board, it’s obvious. We are share holders in FAU so on our current holding see less dilution, same goes for if FAU raise money with anyone else. The increased FAU share price means dilution of our current holding is less whenever FAU need to raise. So it’s not all bad.

If the FAU share price goes up then FAU are less diluted in their agreement with us. We own shares in FAU and so by default see our share less diluted also, so it’s not all bad. I’ll have another look through the numbers when I get a chance (probably next week) .

If the milestones are hit (meaning FAU are finding lots of gold ) then we will end up owning 18% of FAU and have earned more money in payments as well. That 18% is likely to be diluted when FAU raise to fund the drilling but again that will mean we could be onto a very valuable commercial gold discovery.

These are the facts as laid out by the company. If you don’t see value then fair enough (anyone thinking that could turn out to be correct). I feel differently.

Well done Twohits, thanks. I’m confused as to why you are concerned with what happens here. It’s hardly time to think you are correct. I’m assuming Laffer and co will be tapping you up for some advice though.

This company will be a success for long term share holders in my opinion. Keep the faith, this share hasn’t in my opinion been ramped it’s been heavily bought into because of very credible team being assembled. That team is still here. The market has no patience with this type of share.

We know there is a lot going on behind the scenes and I absolutely trust Nick when he says he wants long term share holder value. There is some fear at the moment but fundermentally everything is still looking good and the fear will fade and opportunity will come through the murkiness.

Some great posts this afternoon. I still remain firm in my belief that it’s the people you back and if those people are aligned with you then you know they really are trying to achieve great things.

We are going to go places and it may or may not take a little longer than some hoped. Anyone wanting to sell hopefully will be gone in the next few days and as others have suggested replaced with investors.

In no way would someone investing in hamak sell off the back of an exciting presentation and a brand new website .

I think the chances of Nick being able to achieve his vision is still very good.

It does look good doesn’t it Sid. Hamak strategy. They’ve got Brittany Kaiser on there now . Ok it’s a website and we still need meat on the bones but I’m impressed with the new site and the timing of it. They clearly care about the timing of the website which makes a lot of sense with the investor meet tomorrow. I like logical moves as to me it shows they are in control and have a plan.

Are we going to hear some material news tomorrow? I think there will be a 7am RNS as I don’t understand the logic of the investor meet without it. I don’t think that a roadmap is possible without key pieces of material news being spoken about.

Nick isn’t silly and I’m certain he will know what will happen to the share price if no new information is provided and from what I’ve heard from him he seems acutely aware of share price movements and that he cares about it.

Having said what I have I’d prefer no RNS over an RNS with rehashed news just to put something out. We will all know tomorrow. Good luck for those holding.

On a personal note I checked with Hargreaves Lansdown regarding the warrants as I wasn’t sure if I qualified but they confirmed that even though the trade date (sale of my shares) was before the 3rd July RNS the settlement date fell after the RNS so in their eyes I was holding when I needed to to qualify. A rare stroke of fortune, unless the company performs badly and the warrants are worthless (not what I expect to happen) . Thanks for the advice previously.

Afternoon. I have a general question regarding the warrants. In my Hargreaves lansdown account I can now see Hamak warrants and I wasn’t expecting them because I sold the day before the 3rd July RNS. At first I thought this maybe an error however having done some reading I think perhaps I was still the legal owner of the shares until the settlement date which was after the RNS. I therefore was still on the share register on the day of the RNS and therefore have received the warrants.

Does this sound correct or am I likely to see the warrants taken away at some stage ? I guess the best answer would be to contact my broker and or the company for clarification but was wondering if anyone knew the answer.

I just checked Bond out of curiosity. It does appear that warrants have appeared although the value of the warrants is zero (im assuming that’s because I don’t have any, although not sure why warrants even show up in my account ) I am not expecting any warrants unless I’ve messed the dates up .

Unfortunately I’m not in for the warrants . If only. Looks like they are getting things into place though .
