I've collated some of the AGM Questions. In no particular order (post 2 of 2):

11 - Doc83/Manifesto - What is happening with the big name hires (presumably on significant salaries) brought in for commercialisation, since this is now on the back burner?

12 - Goblesmyth - As the company are in a state of limbo ref the Covid trials, has work been restarted with regards to COPD?

13 - HelloSanDiego - Has NIAID told you they're planning, or expect to plan, another trial to replace the cancelled ACTIV-2 P3 trial? If so, when is its targeted commencement date?

14 - HelloSanDiego - Are you in talks with any groups planning platform trials that are expected to commence dosing before spring next year?"

15 - HelloSanDiego - How many doses of SNG001 does the company currently have, and when do they expire?

16 - Investowin - How do you intend to ensure the survival of the business as a going concern when none of the actions currently targeted by the BOD generate revenues before your cash runs out?

17 - Manifesto - In 2020 RM and the Board awarded themselves 100% of their Salary as a bonus. Will they now repay it in full in light of their shareholders huge financial losses caused by the flaws in the design of SPRINTER? (£1.75 Placing funds used!!)

18 - Manifesto - Do they accept that the design of the SPRINTER trial failed and not the Drug?

19 - Manifesto - Is Emergency Use Authorisation a pathway the company would consider or not?

20 - Manifesto - How will the solid evidence that the drug works be achieved for commercialisation? Is the company still wanting to go down the road platform trial route as mentioned following P3 results? If so, realistic time scales?

21 - Wigster77 - SP down 90% - what would you say has been the biggest lesson learnt for Synairgen in the last year or so?

1 - Blue83 - What is the most promising use for their treatment? COPD?

2 - Blue83 - Did they suspect that the performance of SNG001 would be undermined by treatments currently offered in Standard of Care?

3 - Blue83 - Are there situations or conditions where the current treatments offered as Standard of Care for Covid are inappropriate?

4 - Blue83 - Do they understand the causal mechanism for the ineffectiveness of their treatment, & if so, why did they go ahead with Sprinter?

5 - Doc83 - The new timeframe of “Summer” for ACTIV-2 P2 data: is this a guess, or have they been given actual guidance by the NIH? Was the previous H1 guideline a guess or were the goalposts moved?

6 - Doc83 - Given that we had already missed the peak of Covid, should we have not been quite so aggressive with our hires and commercialisation strategy, and waited until P3 results?

7 - Doc83 - Do you acknowledge how lacking communication was following the P3 results announcement and the biggest fall in SP in the company's history?

8 - Doc83 - Any plans to reveal any long Covid data?

9 - Doc83 - Do Synairgen and Polygon have a dialogue/talk to each other? If so, what about? If not, why not when they are so significant?

10 - Doc83 - Are Synairgen happy or have concerns there is such a large shareholder that could potentially influence the future direction of the company?

I think Investowin hit the nail on the head with his question:

I will certainly be looking for an answer to this one as a priority...especially given the recent goings on at 4D Pharma. If any other questions can be posed and receive meaningful answers then that would be very much welcomed too.

I took "the show" as being the steady SP rise throughout the day...
In any case, it's the AGM on Thursday (which I will be attending), so hopefully we'll be able to at least gauge the ambitions/strategy/capabilities of RM and the BOD, even if we don't get any concrete news. There were some great questions to ask posted by members on here a few days ago. Would be nice if we get some well deserved great answers from the Synairgen team.

Lots of talk of TO/JV...do we think the time for patience and letting Synairgen get on with progressing this further on their own has passed?
I'm easy either way, as long as we don't sell out cheap in a panic.
I'm also not sure that ousting RM would be the best move. Just my personal view and I might be wrong of course.

Good assessment Palladin and lots on here in the same boat as you.
Plenty of questions for the Synairgen team to answer to restore confidence in the company. Hopefully we get to speak to the "Organ Grinder" on the 30th and not get fobbed off with a couple of lackeys or Maude the tea-lady (as nice as I'm sure she is).

Smaller deals of under 20 billion?! Each billion = roughly £5/share for Synairgen.
As we know, the evidence for Interferons in general appears overwhelming and seemingly grows each passing week. Let's hope that Synairgen can do the necessary to convince the right people than its SNG001 formula is worth a piffling £x billion investment by the big boys to help bring in to commercialisation and start saving lives in many areas (Covid, COPD, Asthma etc etc etc). Evidence so far looks good, just keep the faith and be patient.

I'm also looking forward to the AGM - not expecting any great revelations but yes, to meet some of the Synairgen decision makers could offer some useful insights into their ultimate aspirations and capabilities.

It's a good job you put "lol" at the end Axe, otherwise I would have submitted your response to the "Most Melodramatic Over-reaction To A Post Of The Century" awards. A nailed-on win for you no doubt :-)

Hi Axe - where did you see the "end of month" timeline? - I don't remember seeing any suggestion of dates on that so-called E-mail (the contents of which I took with a large pinch of salt in any case...). FWIW, I guess if Synairgen were aware that further trial news was "imminent" it would make sense that they'd arrange their AGM when they have.

Ultimately, the only thing to trust is the RNS I suppose.

Don't forget that Synairgen are working "at haste" on this, HSD...

Morning Manifesto. Last years' AGM was 15th June and I understand that the rules state the next one must be with 15 months of the previous one, so could be a few months away yet. That said, I would be surprised if they did leave it until the last minute so hopefully news will come sooner rather than later. And yes, some clear direction for the company would be very welcome!!!!!
