I was pondering something similar. Is MB holding off on his "Operational Update" due to the current turmoil in the markets? I would be very surprised if work hasn't started on Heron 1 yet, given the improvement in the Mongolian weather over the last couple of weeks. Surely there's a good chance he has got the signed sales agreement after all this time too?

So maybe, he's being sensible and holding off on releasing any news until the wider markets settle down, to give the best chance of a positive SP impact? (And before anyone quotes "market regulations say you must release news instantly", just look at most of the previous Operational Updates...)

The terms of the Cooperation Agreement have been agreed by the parties involved and it is now awaiting signature by the operator of Block XIX. This is expected in February after which sales revenue will commence.

So, we can expect the signature in February. Not sure which one though.
