In my view, the desire for biopsies (at this early stage) is akin to running flow tests following an elephant o&g discovery.

We already know based on the scans that the Tumors have shrunk and now we need to nail down (showcase) the data confirming exact breakdown of Dox within the Tumor.

It's very telling that AS wants the biopsy (although not compulsory during this phase)... If no shrinkage of tumor has been seen, then he would not be pushing for a biopsy. He wants the biopsy in order to showcase the data.

You have to consider that Avacta are sitting on data that confirms whether AVA6K works or not (they will have the scans for each patient and possibly biopsy data) therefore making the following statement would be misleading to the market if the data was not positive.

This statement IMO is the driver of the rise as it does confirm, in the absence of sharing the actual data, that data to data is positive.

If the trial was not going well they would not have guided the market on April 6th with the following statement concerning the outlook:

Absolutely ttb. They completed cohort 1, 4 participants dosed on multi occasions. As with any standard chemo treatment there are scans mid and post treatment. If each participant showed disease progression after each scan for sure the trial would be halted

If we have a real leak that precision is working and working well...then the chart goes out the window. there will be a massive re-rate backed by the big guns

The 135% rise in past 1 month suggests there is a major leak concerning Pre-cision!!!!

I think Jupiter are in serious trouble here. Sentiment has changed BIG TIME. Why they did not close at 40p I will never know.
