Garry, Not knowing any more than 9000 psi measured at bottom of well (so if I am mistaken then apos), then the available pressure to drive fluid flow has to overcome the static pressure before flow can commence. Ergo (again unless I am mistaken as to what the 9000 psi actually is) we need to subtract the static pressure caused by the column (11000 odd feet of water) before it will flow. I am more interested in the pressure at the choke before and after as this is what will determine the flow rate. Ta wjmflp

Also, just to be positive: we only need a spoonful of pressure to overcome the exit resistance to air to flow (about 20 Pa would suffice for a dribble of fluid). As this increases so will flow rate. 50 kPa at the exit side of the choke (about the same as your cold water tap at home) would give quite a flow (I think that is about 7psi for imperialists) So one can see that there is/should be plenty and more pressure available than we need at the start. It is more about any decline in natural pressure that will decide how much assistance is required and when. All IMO

LeMajor, Just to get the maths closer: We do not have 9000 psi available at the bottom of the well - we have the 9000-static pressure available to drive upwards. Probably the fluid flow will be a function of available drive pressure/control of flow and as this declines (without additional input and unless the drive pressure is beautifully maintained in which case 'I will be ecstatic and buying madly') the flow will vary over the 10-14 days. however, I am awaiting with more than interest as we start the process for daily updates. Garrym might be able to provide a bit more. wjmflp

Gary, I would not want to see the flow of the frac liquid to be too quick as it may cause an outflow of the material holding the frac open. I did post a time ago this hypothesis. Slow is easy. What is your take on this (you know I am not a petro and you said earlier that frac was not your absolute field). I would be happy to take an extra week to ensure stability wjmflp

As per my earlier post: RKH has been trading at a ratio of 1 : 3 v PMO sp for a long time. This has in the last couple of weeks slipped to 1 : 4. Most RKH holders think PMO is a millstone around RKH but I take the opposite view in that PMO has the millstone of RKH around its neck. We are much better placed as we can sit back and wait whereas PMO cannot take that view. They NEED FI oil and Sealion in particular. As for farming out the free carries are the millstone around PMO and any price realisation for the farm out. We are in a great position. I think the re-rate to 1:3 is going to happen soon. wjmflp

For a long time now we have been tracking in a 1 : 3 sp ratio with our dead weight PMO. Suddenly in the last 2 weeks a gap has appeared (nearly 1 : 4). My opinion is a lift in sp of some proportion could be in the offing (@ 1 : 3 as of this morning we should be circa 27p).

Sometime in the future, some Authority will either close down AIM or put in place some indiscriminative supposedly governing rules to prevent salary 'cropping' by so called CEO's. It will be long after this period and when people like me stop investing and cobwebs grow on AIM companies.
