Because IMO there will be a rampathon to get the sp up and then a significant amount of the 14% will be sold in to the rise and so we go down again until this settles before news (if there is any).

Only other way is that it was a Framework contract which can cover/includes Sea Lion under which 'if/when' SL gets approved the Framework provider will not face competition.

The theory is that the price hovers at or just below 1p

The theory also works on the theory that PI's are so demoralised by the rights issue that they do not put any more money in at all - even if the sp falls to the so called heavy resistance line of LEFKOSIA.

I will not be putting another penny in and others have indicated in their posts that they will not be either

Lets issue an RNS for a rights issue at a supposed 14% benefit to the shareholders.
The price falls to 1p (or less) so very few/no-one takes it up
Our friends take up the balance
A little while later we give some good news and everyone makes some money (except the shareholders)

The one thing that worries me more than anything is an MD signing off 'Cheers' which is posted on an anonymous BB

I have over 300,000 of these beauties and the BoD has just put their hands in my pocket for more funding.
Looks like a 14% reduction in what I already have to me in order to ensure their salaries get paid for the next 2/3 years

IMO this share is being held back v PMO for some reason.
With PMO currently at about 146.90 RKH should be in the region of 49p.

I still have this notion that at some point when we are about 1:4 with PMO a shot in the dark to buy us out will come.

We have held 1:3 with PMO for a very long time and it is now stretching.

Either there will be a swift re-rate of games will start
