Yes I understand your point completely, but I’ve learned not to put too much store on what Jason says off the record. If you think about it, if MSC are genuinely happy to use MSAR without a full lono then effectively we have a full lono and it can be used freely. Why is that not front and centre of all IMC presentations? It would be massive if MSC have intimated that to quadrise.

It requires some direct questions at the IMC and will be interesting what they say and how they say it.

Ok, point to the bit that says MSC/Wartsila have agreed that MSAR does not require a full lono. So my point was there has been no definitive confirmation from MSC that they can use MSAR commercially without a lono. What you have are “intentions” from Jason, the same guy who told us the agreements were nearly signed for how long?

I know they can make that decision at some point should they wish, but as yet they haven’t done so. These are matters under discussion as is plain from the above. MSC would be required to get agreement with their insurers to do so, something they may well do but as things stand, there’s been no decision from MSC that they intend to do so.

I’m afraid you’re mixing assumptions with comments made in the past by Jason and others. There has been no definitive confirmation on this issue. If you have it then please publish the information you refer to.

Why stir up that garbage? We have a decent update that tells us the MSC trial has a few "predictable" issues to resolve and we`re there. Morocco trial is back on at another site which is great news. Do you really want to read their shyte?
