Indeed we only have direct control over our own actions. However, these boards are populated by a majority who never post, are new to “investing”, or simply shouldn’t be on AIM as they’re not suited to it. Those are the targets of the shorters, pump and dump merchants and regular traders. We can argue all day whether they have an actual influence but to that I’d say. If it has no influence then why are full time successful traders occupying these boards on a daily basis, altering their views from positive to negative to suit their current agenda? Surely if it didn’t have any effect they’d be the first to have worked it out? They’d deploy their valuable time elsewhere on research or drinking coffee at the local cafe as they’re check their portfolio, certainly wouldn't be chewing the fat on here imo.

Nope not at you, a general comment to the usual bunch. To be clear, I have no beef with anyone who chooses to trade, I could be doing it myself who knows, but I’m not on here whining as the share price falls or going cheerleading when it’s rising, that’s the difference.

The same people saying “I wouldn’t worry about people trading” are the same who whine when the share price sinks, which should explain exactly their current positions. As for “bitter people”, should read those pointing out the obvious. The likes of 46G and his own band of sycophants makes some decent money over the year doing exactly what they’re doing today.

Yes fair point Rob, I was thinking more of the bioMSAR trial but you’re right, the PoC is the key trial for us in reality. If MSC are keen to use MSAR then supply agreements should be in place hopefully by the time we hit interim lono for bioMSAR.

We already have a letter of intent from OCP which I assume is still valid, not been told otherwise. So it’s a case of demonstrating MSAR over a longer commercial period (2/4 weeks depending on size of kiln) to essentially confirm the economics of MSAR as opposed to “does it work well”. So assuming the trial happens and concludes as expected, it’s likely the Morocco supply agreement will form part of Med supply for MSC for marine. At Keats that’s the plan as I understand it but reality may be different.

My understanding is there are no commercial commitments attached to the trial. Quadrise have said that commercial supply discussions will take place when initial results from the trial come in, probably at interim stage which is 2000 hours. I think Quadrise have been asked to show a “plausible” supply infrastructure at several locations which would then be included perhaps in the commercial negotiations.

Essentially, if as we expect the LONO performs well, then MSC would likely issue a letter of intent to purchase X tonnes of fuel, which Quadrise can then show to refiners and suppliers when negotiating supply agreements.

Something along these lines I expect.

All we have at the moment is some welcome optimism, been there and done that. Agreements are what we need, otherwise it’s more of the same, easy money for traders and shorters.

Up to the point Dimbo Dumpster called in, shareholders could actually speak directly to the board during investor calls. From then on they introduced the current format with IMC. So you have that worthless Cretan to thank for the loss of opportunity to directly question the board. He’s a moron who’s had a one way bet on Quadrise for years.

I think the above is undoubtedly true. If it were the same faces saying the same things today in the same manner, I’d roll my eyes in disgust tbh. However, I really do think Peter, the new staff and board members, have given us a proper look at commercial success for the first time. We didn’t realise how badly served we were for many years, largely due to the wrong people in the wrong positions making the wrong decisions.

We now have a very experienced CEO now who’s set about rebuilding/ restructuring the company so that it will succeed assuming they get the required signatures, which has been and will continue to be the only judgement that matters. So it’s about whether you accept the new broom is different and if so how much faith do you place in them.

As said above, cautious optimism is probably correct. However, all bets are off when the RNS lands, particularly the details relative to future roll out plans/aims etc. It kind of feels like there’s been life breathed into the company that was never there before. We had lots of hot air at times but looking back, no real meat on the bone.
