Nasdaq or No Nasdaq (at the moment).....Yesterday’s rise in the US will propel this upwards significantly over there next week or 2.

A rise of these proportions (40%+) does not go unnoticed, and will have put Argo well and truly on many radar come Monday/Tuesday. Those now alerted will only have to do a very small amount of research to realise how undervalued ARB is compared to it’s peers. US investors will not wait for this to list on Nasdaq now imo, because by the time it gets there the share price will be double of treble what it is now.

Next week will see massive gains as the snowball effect kicks in imo.

I’m more than happy to wait for my AccuStem shares. We know we have them so they will come in time.
What’s the point in the BoD rushing through the Listing, only for us to have to wait for 6/8 weeks for further developments/announcements on progress? If they list now with no near term Catalysts, the price will only drift lower, and the same people on here moaning about not having the shares, will moan about the price drifting and lack of news.

P.s. If you’re concerned about whether or not you are entitled to the shares, that’s a different matter, but that ISN’T the company’s fault, it’s your broker you need to speak to.

This will start to motor as soon as the NASDAQ application is in and RNS’d imo. As soon as US investors and II’s get wind that this is to be listed on Nasdaq, they will see the value and begin buying immediately.

P.s. If you are only holding the bet for few days it doesn’t matter much. If you are intending on keeping it open for a few weeks or months you are better on a quarterly contract like you have done. In March it will automatically Roll Over to June contract so now worried there either.

Timito, I’m no expert, but DFB is a Daily Funded Bet and you will be charged interest by IG for each day you have the bet running. If you take a SB on a March contract (or June or September) you will probably pay a slightly higher Ask Price on open and will get a slightly lower Bid price when you close it, but there is no daily interest charged.
If you go to Account, then History, you will see how much interest you are being changed daily.

Not necessarily Sangi. This has been happening for months and unfortunately, because the Shorting is being carried out in conjunction with a trading/algorithm bot which is controlling the share price, it’s being Shorted with impunity.

I’ve tried to bring this to the attention of the BoD on several occasions but unfortunately they are seem either disinterested, or powerless in doing anything about it.

I just checked Fintel for TLSA and it’s showing a MASSIVE 70% (yes 70%) of yesterday’s traded volume was Short on Nasdaq.. That’s 665k out of the total 948k volume were short trades. It’s absolutely incredible. I’ve never seen anything like it. No wonder the share price can’t gain any traction.
This needs some serious looking in to by the BoD imo.

Think some are getting confused between trading and investing. If you’re going to trade, trade, but don’t try and pass yourself off as an investor. A trader who thinks he’s an investor, and likes to talk about it (a lot) just looks like a ramper or a deramper, depending on whether he/she is currently holding.

He seems well informed imo.

Imo, the USR is has been filed to strengthen Tiziana’s hand in Collaboration Negotiations. It means Big Pharma can’t come in with low ball terms and force TILS in to a corner.

This sentence from the recent RNS makes it clear imo.

“ For the avoidance of doubt, the Company has no immediate plans to offer or sell any securities pursuant to the Registration Statement or the ATM Program”

You may be right H-hi, but at the end of the day, due to the size of his holding in TILS, it will come down to 1 man - Gabriele Cerrone.

The Company also confirms that no FCA investigation is underway.
