I sold a proportion of my holing as we went into the low 40s. I bought some back on the dip a couple of weeks ago at the same price, but my holding is still smaller than it was.
At the macro level, I see 5 major factors that are driving the price, and at the moment the balance of positive factors has led to a rising SP. IMHO, 4 of the 5 factors have been pretty supportive over the last month. POO has been strong, the $ has been strong, the general market sentiment has been good and operational progress has been positive. On the flip side the rising SP decreases the effective yield for the bond holders and the increasing paper profit will increase the attractiveness of conversion. At some point, just as with recent POO uncertainty, the balance between the factors will vary and the SP will respond.
As to whether to invest at these levels - I believe that the SP will be higher in a years time - and I will look to add on further dips.
