to be honest i would have hoped PREM issue RNS before the due at least a few days before to say accounts submitted not leaving us on last minute.com - PREM could just delist if they fail to provide accounts

I think its the deal around RHA that will be the key here , it will provide information on how the money will be spent and on what and ho we get the money are owed back the actual 6 million is not really Prems , it to be used by Management of RHA to bring back into revenue state , i am more interested in getting the agreement information into the open - risk here is the ZIM goverment must look at PREM and say they they have no money are PREM the best to manage this operation ..... that why i class this as a risk , but upside i hope is accounts , agreement pubic money due date and then a expected revenue to PREM date has to be soon

Looking back into loads of history - looks like all the assets GR has been involved in never return anything - even CIRCUM as we got rid of it

Would need to see both Prem's plan and also Circum's plan to assess what would be the best possible action to take , normally i would expect sell some - and hold some for bigger returns later ... as we don't need 100% of funds to fully get Zulu up and running straight away - we need to know what is needed and by when for Zulu so it can be mapped to the Circum plan
