well yes has cost us dearly as that was enough to DFS the original plot

for me which will determine how the SP reacts going forward is the EPO is the start of some great news and its how GR and the rest of PREM deal with that. its now time to Shine PREM as if they get it right which will honestly be a first for PREM it could make all shareholders happy even one with averages of 3p - Circum is a bonus its been tomorrow for so long i dont really case but it did nearly and still could cost us dearly

and its just a guess , will be middle of next week , lastest , as the longer the delay the more issue it would suggest its causing the applicators in terms of JV.s , other negotiations , JV's will be awaiting too the formal confirmation. It must be bad for the ZIM government as sends a bad message out , that of we say one thing but don't take it as 100% until we sign paper surely they would have been confident that anyone being granted an EPO verbally would be able to deliver ... not say its granted and wait for it to be checked ... strange way of getting investment - just like RHA 24/48 DELAY to get all approved and nothing for weeks

Charlie - if i remember correctly we touched 3.5p because we were being told RHA was ready for production and profit and we would have our first revenue stream - that revenue stream has never been achieved in any shape or form be it asset revenue , JV monies we have failed , now i hope we really do hit a revenue stream of any kind that's what we need if we can do that then we can see way beyond that price as long as the assets turn into revenue /profit and sustainable
