Good list of options. Can see tankers of as early production solution. See short pipeline as a mid term solution. See a pipeline direct to Fawley as a long term solution once the extent of the Weald development is known. Rail loading would probably get local population agitated. Great opportunity for someone to build the pipeline and pick up 50p for every barrel carried. BP did very well out of the Forties Pipeline! Exciting times ahead.

GeoDave, produced water will be re-injected along with suitable fresh water to replace the extracted oil for pressure support and disposal. Off piste..... Overall strategy would be get oil shipped by tankers asap to get money in whilst infrastructure is developed for sustained 20 plus years production. Lot of calcs flying around at the moment which is very pleasing to see. However, sustainable high Kimmeridge flow results could change all this quite dramatically. The scoping document would be scrapped or treated as the basis for 'early oil' planning application whilst a much larger development concept is developed. Looking forward to flow results in the next 60 days!
