Yes I posted those figures…. And they are all correct as I did my research. I Also posted the links so others could confirm they are correct! Why didn’t you include those in your cut and paste?? The director appointments are stated in the 6 million placing RNS as part of the conditions. Possibly they are not connected but highly unlikely IMHO.

I think your a little skewed in your thinking here.
If by “months/years I have been saying there would be no gas” ……..well I have been spot on. This project is years late and every deadline given has been missed. If the timeline had been kept from this time last year this would be sitting at 10p plus now.
I have never said GL would fail and that Angus would be dead and buried either. I have pointed out on many occasions that what the company tells us isn’t likely to happen or is incorrect and have mostly been correct… much to your annoyance I may add.

The management here have been atrocious and have simply been saved by gas prices beyond their wildest dreams. If gas prices had been at the levels that this project was based on it would have failed spectacularly by now. For GL to stand in front of camera and say they are aiming to be a mid tear company is laughable with BOD,s record here (up until the new appointees) who where put in place by the providers of the £12 million loans that they didn’t need…… but of course they did but mislead the Market for 9 months whilst they tried to arrange it!

This should have gone up 20% minimum on the news yesterday, but the market is rightfully suspicious of what’s coming next………there’s always something with Angus.

You obviously took my advice and looked into the previous attempts at the sidetrack, the chances of them drilling and producing at the same time though?…..or don’t you think they can afford it either at the moment after checking the half yearly figures?

Before assuring people of things he should actually check the facts.
He should read the covernants put on the company placed by the lenders, in both the debentures secured on the loan (available from companies house) and the cash at bank required (available in the CPR) He should then look at the half yearly to access the financial situation and try and work out if they have enough to drill the sidetrack with the massive overrun, the loan repayments and interest, and day to day expense elsewhere. They aren’t in profit yet after all with the figures being produced!

If they can’t get permission for SIMOPS (to drill and produce at the same time) there’s no question that the will need to raise!

If you look at my history I gave the figures for the warrants left, about the same again can still be converted.

At 30 September 2021, the Group had 77,950,892 share options and 211,301,066 warrants outstanding in respect of ordinary shares.

During the period ended 31 March 2022 the Group has issued no options and 15,752,773 warrants. The outstanding and exercisable of share options and warrants was 305,004,731 with a weighted average price of £0.019 at 31 March 2022.

Then you need to add the extra issued with that £6 Million placing

The Subscription Shares carry in aggregate rights to a further 173,100,000 shares in the Company by way of the issue of warrants, which can be exercised at any time within the next 5 years at a price of 1.09896011 pence per share.

Last conversation with you in this name! I will try and be polite but it’s very difficult. You missed June out you **** . That would have been the second tanker pick up with the amount the company gave. Presumably oil was left in the tank of From the previous production a couple of years ago…..it’s not going to go off is it!!

They have previous for this ! Just look at the chairman’s statement regarding Lidsey. Only it wasn’t producing. And again what he says in that interview is it’s producing AT PEAK 50 barrels. That peak looks to be 5 minutes when they turned it on.
We will see in a few days.

The production figures are published on the first of the Month. They are 3 months old when published however.

The company submits them directly to the NSTA so unless they got both the water cut and oil wrong it’s safe to assume they are correct. We will see what the next figures are in a few days time.

Adrian…….they would have done that before they released an RNS statement that they had resumed production!!!!!!

So tell the truth have you been banned at least half a dozen times this year using your many multiple id,s??

I should check the 23rd of May RNS relating to the resumed production. Not a mention of clen up in it.
Your clean up theory doesn’t work I’m afraid as the UKCS production dashboard also gives water cut figures! May isn’t even listed as producing by the way.
