So baits, you knew it was going to cost £200m but decided to post that you thought they could reverse the flow and it would hopefully it would be that simple?……..about as believable as the RT00 pool boys visible from space personal swimming pool.

I will take this opportunity to correct the pool boy though. GL never said 95% for a successful sidetrack.
He gave a figure of 90% but that was to hit the reservoir. That’s the easy bit. Just for context the last 9 attempts to produce from drills at Saltfleetby have failed.

Nothing patronising. Baits has accused me multiple times of not doing research. Each time I have proven I was correct and he is wrong.
This time he thinks they can just reverse the flow at zero cost and hey presto, a storage facility!
As I recall I have corrected you on a few occasions also!!…..probably explains the abuse you give I guess.

Baits…perhaps you should go and make your wife and yourself another cup of tea, and read then attached. The existing pipeline has a £10 million De-Comm cost attached to it, all now down to Angus after Forum managed to get rid of the liability when they did the deal! A new pipeline and storage facility would be the following and that’s from 12 years ago!!!

Obviously I’m not on the Mercuria BOD. I do know however that they and Aleph hold the debentures over all Angus assets (see company house website)
They were owed between £8 and £11 million from missed July and August production depending on how you work it out, (even more if you work it from the interview GL gave giving a figure of over £7million for June if they beat the hedge)
They held all the cards and would have worked another heads I win tails you lose deal.
They wouldn’t like us know that the sidetrack will be successful or that the 2nd compressor package could even fulfil the amount.
They, like you or I would look at it in monetary terms and want paying what they were owed. As you pointed out GL is very reticent at giving any details regarding this!!

The trouble is that the July and August missed production was when the prices were at their highest. In true Angus style on August 29 th thee day before they started producing they hit a record of 875.14 a therm. They have literally dropped like a stone since then. 267.75 as I type for December forward contract. Angus get the Spot price which is 106.363 today. As Mercuria had them over a barrel it’s hard to imagine any deal regarding making up the difference won’t include getting paid 8 times less than you would have done on August the 29th!

The company has told the market that they need to make up the Two months missed hedge production up in starting In January.

Tony , the National balancing point(spot price) (what Angus will sell at) is considerably up from a couple of ago, it’s 106.363 as I type, …..not £2.70- £3 as you hope that’s the December forward price that Mercuria will most likely be getting. See the final results RNS for hedge details.

I think the off market transfer of 76,500,000 should be added to that figure HIT,s. Paul Forrest total shareholding is now 460,250,000 ordinary shares representing 15.86% of the company’s issued share capital. …..2nd November RNS.

Where on earth have you got this idea from? where does it say he was awarded 92 million warrants?
You seem confused between shares and warrants….best you have a proper read of the original sale RNS and then go and have a lay down.

Mr Forrest aka (Forum Energy Services Ltd) has considerably more than 42million shares to sell! He/Forum still own 15.86% of Angus
He has already sold around 8% of the total shares in issue to date however since he sold Saltfleetby Energy to Angus.
Where and what are these 42 million you keep giving false information out actually come from? Are they shares or warrants or as I suspect figments of your imagination?

Actually he is Wrong. The Guys name is Paul Forrest for a start and there is absolutely zero evidence that he has 42 million warrants to convert.
I think Baits is a little confused as he seems to think Aleph and FOrum are the Same thing.
When the £6 million placing was RNS,d Aleph and Partners were awarded 173,100,000 @ 1.0989 warrants as part of the deal,
They ahave all pretty much been converted according to the RNS available here.
The reminder of the warrants are the ones convertible at 1.2, 1.3 and 1.5 which unless baits has some inside information aren’t held by Mr Forrest as he filled in a TR1 when the company was up for sale.

One RNS even says It’s Aleph that sold! 127,400,127. They weren’t included in last weeks TR1 so they must have sold them presumably.

What a remarkable coincidence that RT00 pool boy asked Donk a question not raised on here, and he replied in about the time it takes to change a SIM card?!?!…..

As I pointed out yesterday Jrlomax, those that had been paying a bit more attention would have come to that conclusion.
It looks like Angus have been posting the wrong information. Isn’t this why TR,s are meant to be filled promptly not 2 or 3 months late?

It’s actually Alephs % share from the Second tranche of the £6 million placing. (See the 4th July RNS)
It wasn’t Aleph that sold Angus the 49%. That was Forum.
It’s very late reporting though isn’t? Angus have been giving false information on the website regarding their holdings as it showed Aleph holding a far higher figure since July. Par for the course for Angus! Also demonstrated by the fact that they haven’t got the correct number for the issued share capital now showing. Forums % is what they told us after Mr Forrest sold/transferred those shares is correct, but they forgot to add the other 36,599,864 on the website.

The most interesting thing is that none of those 1.0989 warrant shares have turned up on the register. If Aleph have converted their stake surely it would have needed reporting and added to their %?

The 28th October RNS warrants were added and the share register updated on the 2nd November.
The register was then updated on the 7th with the Aleph dropped figures. The other companies remained the same. The 2nd November Warrants are still to be added.

LOL baits……they increased the holdings with warrants that you told us somebody else owned earlier did they??
What I pointed out was that the share register had fallen from 8.11% to 7.70% which the RNS confirmed.
The Aleph % has dropped on the share register regardless!!
