Then they are highly likely to owe Mercuria again for missing the July and August rolled hedge commitments.
Long term holders have been led up the Garden path and diluted to nothing.
Be honest how much in your opinion are the extra works on the sidetrack going to actually cost in your professional opinion?

I suggest you try asking the company a question. They don’t answer the tricky ones. The ones they do answer they change the question to suit the answer.

The fact that storage at Saltfleetby will cost £200million…….the list goes on!!

And most importantly how do they intend to pay for it all in the very near future.

That information is well out of date.

This has since been updated on the Q&A when they informed us

“ it should be noted that this(the second compressor) will add little itself to gas sales until the sidetrack well is producing, since the existing wells should not be run to hard.”
That was around 2 months later, with the updated information they have.

I have said previously that your information is excellent. That doesn’t mean that you’re going to be correct though does it. In fact you really don’t like dealing with the known negatives and resort to childish insults and, basically I don’t want to talk about it!….like you just have.

The overrun will almost certainly drained the bank account into breaking the debt provisions listed in the CPR. Even with the warrants exercised already. (Around £3 Million)

You then have the July and August hedges to add for six months of this year. Presumably to get the highest prices weighted to the winter months? That would mean on current production they are going to owe Mercuria even more money this month and probably Next.

Then you have the £1.4 million CLN that will require sorting very shortly.

Prepare for more shares to be issued whatever the outcome.

I will bite my tongue regarding the sidetrack failure, my posting history will back me up on my pessimism though.

Yes you’re correct up to a point. The trouble is you have M r Forrest a director who has been selling, and Aleph and affiliates (Angus paid advisors) who will also be in the inside who have also been selling……and it’s nailed on that Mr Manclark with his £1.4 million CLN will have the directors ear!!

This is very much an un-leval playing field.

Just had a look at the picture. It appears the second compressor is all connected up as expected. Perhaps the flare working is part of the commissioning process on this?
