I think you may be confusing Aleph and It’s investor group and Forum(Paul Forrest).
The £6 million placing warrants were given to Aleph and its investor group. Unless you think or know that the other warrants exercised at 1.2 to 1.5 are the ones outstanding and are all owned by Mr Forrest (how could you possibly know that though)I expect and apology!

Aleph reducing is stake from has nothing to do with its partners. It’s strange that non have them have appeared on the register however after exercising those warrants?

On November the 2nd the register showed.

The shares in issue remained the same and only Aleph,s % had changed.

If you had been paying attention you would have noticed that Aleph have been selling, now down to 7.70 %. (They held 8.11 on November the 2nd)

Mr Forrest (Forum) has considerably more than 42 Million shares. He holds 15.86% of the company (As of 7th November .due to be updated with the recent warrants) He has however reduced that down from 23.91% held on the 21st June.

You then have Knowe who could also be selling before converting that £1.4 million CLN they hold!

Well…… this isn’t what they told us!! They said 50 barrels a day on start in May,,,,,,,,Then Reduced It down to 30 due to staff absence? Then it turns out its Actually Zero reported to the NSTA IN May Then around 5 in June and 9 in July and only around 9 again for August! Water cut doubled from July as well!

You should do a little more research before posting misleading figures like that.
The October CPR raised the figure from £2.6 to £2.8 million for the sidetrack.

I should count up how many placings there have actually been since they told us they were planning a sidetrack as well. It’s quite a lot since they told us they complete the job for £2.5 million (that they were given) and that’s without the £12 million they had to borrow!!

Note 24 explained the situation AEWB3 (Angus energy Weald Basin no3) pay Mercuria the floating price and Mets pay AEWB3 the fixed price.

If you read it fully, it explains that the excess will be sold at the available Spot price. The spot price from my understanding is the price of gas available for immediate delivery. That is considerably lower than the forward price being 65.655 p a therm.
As it’s only a days worth it’s not really a concern but worth considering if your basing your sums on weeks or months.

It’s all and always has been about the sidetrack!!
And it’s perfectly obvious to anyone with a IQ higher than the unbalanced one, that without Gas prices beyond the BOD wildest dreams this would have gone horribly wrong by now and we wouldn’t be having this conversation.

They just scraped through and met the hedge with a few % over depending on how you calculate it.
We know from the COR that that gives them REVENUE of 0.89 million on the hedged part.
What we don’t know for sure is what the small % extra will be. The annual accounts give the biggest clue and it looks like it’s the spot price at the time of delivery (obviously instant in Angus,s case as it’s pumped straight into the grid) that’s actually been considerably lower than the next month price the suggested using Ice for. It’s 65.655 per therm at the NPB as I type. November forward price is 226.591
You then have the condensate to add to the total.
Looks at best they broke even in October at Saltfleetby when taking the loan repayments and interest 14.2% with the extra Sonia costs taken into account and the £3 million open costs. (All figures available in the CPR)
The group as a whole would still be losing money with the Circa £3 million per year, day to day running costs.

Aleph had 8.65# previously. Down to 8.14% now after the new shares were issued.
The new shares appear on the register so it appears Aleph have sold them as the figures are based on TR1,s submitted.

Looking at the website those Aleph warrants appear not to have been retained in those “sticky hands”
Share structure updated with the new shares showing and Alephs % actually dropped to just above8%

Mmm…..there’s still that £1.4 CLN to consider and all those options that need exercising within the next 6 months!
