As HIT,s explained not necessarily. They need to produce enough to cover the hedge and then enough to pay the loan and interest, the CLN, and Mr Forrest and then the everyday company expenses. So another couple of million a month just to break even.
If they fall below the hedge commitments it’s going to get serious as the lenders (also on the other side of the hedge) hold debentures over all the companies assets. They along with anyone not wearing rose tinted glasses must be worried about getting their money back with this shower in charge?!?
