...disclaimer, not had a chance to see the video , I've only been able to read posts on here, so this is a "very" uninformed question...but...is anyone the wiser as to why the presentation happened today and not after AACR? Just looking for peoples interpretations/opinions.

In fact this wasn't a regulatory presentation right? Part of me is wondering why they felt the need to do in the first place at all, i.e. what was it's aim? Trying to improve the genral comms between the company and shareholders?

I think what I'm getting at is could what was discussed today have been included in a later RNS? Or was it too broad/encompassing?

Again, to highlight and say thanks to CW for the original serendipitous find on Friday afternoon, and subesequent posts. All that constant researching really paid off.

Also I think you mentioned CLVP before that too? And that wasn't given the recognition it deserved IMO.

Slightly off topic, but a few of us mentioned how strong and steady the SP was looking despite the tarrif turmoil in the markets. This explains why. I'm guessing there were a few in the know. The early/accidental release of the article for example.

One thing I puzzled about though is it seems the wider mainstream press had this story ready to coincide with RNS? I guess becuse the UK government are involved there? But also RE the government connection I'm guessing a lot more people were privy to this info last Friday or even before?

As it's quiet, just wanted to throw out some ponderings.

I was just thinking, wouldn't be classic Scancell to issue a potentially important RNS whilst the overall market is incredibly volatile thanks to the orange one?

Also, I'm not sure if I imagined it or even if it applies, but did someone infer it's in director's and employee's interest (not just Scancell's but at all listed companies) to bring out news in the new financial year RE ISA allowances? I'm not sure how it works but directors could buy in the new year with their new year allowance, and just ever so slightly delay news to help the scenario? Maybe I'm talking rubbish and/or being far too cynical.
