And yes, what exactly is it to stop Genmab (or anyone else) moving preemptively? No one can come up with an decent argument for this IMO. As you say, a potential suitor runs that risk of waiting /sitting by the sidelines.

Isn't EE's point that Scancell can only go so far on their own now, as it stands?

Plus, I've said it many many times, big pharma are known to strike before final data otherwise early stage and pre clinical deals would never happen IMO, and we see a fair few of those. If they like what they can already see so far, why not? Genuine question.

This year the CEO and head of business development in attendance, last year it was just Sath, the CFO.

Just too much of a coincidence that we have an early data set/patent news and the two chief deal makers to go armed to JPM with said info?

Exactly violindog, if you do think farn is a better investment then simply sell your Scancell shares and move your money over there, no? Put your money where your mouth is etc.
