​Over on "the other side" the point has been made (validly IMO) that this mornings RNS, as important as it is, may be used to deflect from everything else that is going on at the moment i.e. the FDA issue, the salaries. the SP etc, and that the conversation will be coerced towards this rather than anything else. Something to consider perhaps? They could have release todays RNS earlier you'd think?

Additionally, for anyone that is attending, is it worth asking:
1) What the situation is with the ​existing NDA​'s?​
2) Are scancell looking to become a late stage development company or not - would be nice to hear them actually confirm this.
3) The John Chiplin/America - the "is it worth him being there" question, just the poke the bee's nest a little
4) The state of play of the american moditope patent application
5) Cancer Research UK challenge state of play

I'm sure there are other questions but they elude me atm...grrr

Is it worth collating potential questions in one thread for the AGm? It would irritating if pertinent questions were forgotten to be asked in the heat of the moment. Sadly due to other commitments I cannot attend, would have love to go just so I could fire some awkward questions at the BOD.

Either way, are the MM's enjoying milking this more than they should be?

Regardless of the fact that the this (most recent) hold up is not necessarily SCLPs fault , I still feel the board deserve a very good grilling at the AGM, especially if the SP is still at this level come Tuesday. Lets not forget the recent chunky pay increases/remunerations. All IMO.
Keiny has nailed it on the head when he says - "This is where they do not seem to be doing their job on a PR and even company stability front for investors." They've done a terrible job on this aspect IMO, and no I'm not saying they should be over-hyping either.

Another laymans question, why didn't they just carry on using Ichor Trigrid 1.0 instead of trying to get 2.0 FDA approved? 1.0 was proven and approved was it not?
Also could they revert back to 1.0 for the trial instead now? Or too much work involved now?
