It's approx 35k normal shares I'm looking to bed and ISA, not a huge amount relatively speaking but I wonder what the MM's would do to the SP in the time between transfers!?

P.S. Is there some big(ish) buying going on the background today then??

Sorry slightly off topic but on the subject of ISA transfers, I have normal trading SCLP shares and SCLP shares within my shares ISA, both with the same broker, both are below their average I.e. negative, the ISA marginally less so. Anyway my question is is better to do "Bed and ISA" while I'm below my ISA average and below my normal share average? Or better to do when in profit? Or does it make no difference? Thanks.

There's so many other things going on with the company (and also potentially going on that could transform the company far more so than the challenge ever could, IMO).

The monetising of the assets, the links/further tie-ups with Biontech, the links to Genetech etc... I just think we're being far too focused on the smaller picture/one aspect here.

Yes CRUK challenge is important but perhaps it should not be given the weight of discussion it's been given, it is NOT the bigger picture, it is one aspect of many things going on simultaneously (again all IMO).

RE - "Not expecting the liquidity event you mention by November this year" Well news could come at any time! Later today perhaps, who knows :)

But on a serious note why couldn't news pop up out of the blue? Especially as it was mentioned about "monetising assets in the near future". And generally speaking aren't these liquidity type events usually out of the blue? And it's not like we (or any shareholders) are privvy to what's currently going on in the background or what timescales they have for negotiating any "deals", IMO. Thoughts?

Although a Grand Challenge win could top up the cash coffers to about £30m, which yes is a huge amount for a company with Scancells "current" market cap, I would agree with TF, in the context of partnerships/deals for similar bios, we're talking 100's of millions if not more, would that not be classed as a true liquidity event?
So I just think, personally that Grand Challenge prize is actually relatively small fry, IMO.
But it is awesome that Hygea are using the term "Liquidity Events" in the first place :)

Looks like a few others have followed suit and mopped up a few shares. As we know, several bits of news are expected in near/short term hopefully, and as time goes on the potential only gets bigger here IMO.

For me the most important factor about the grand challenge is who's working with Lindy, in particular Ira Mellman from Genentech, surely that is the most significant thing, no? How many doors does that connection alone open up? And the chances of a deal/partnership with Genentech/Biontech seem even more likely does it not?

Can I politely request that this doesn't descend into another "he said, she said..." argument again. There's been some really useful posts today (particularly about Biontech) which is what the BB should be about IMO. So someone had an alternate interpretation of a word, and that matter seemed to be closed. The fire does not need re-igniting (again...IMO).
