Ideas - I don’t accept your definition of the word ‘delay’. How can there be a delay when no issue date has ever been mentioned. Of course I accept the process is frustrating in the extreme but it’s still ongoing as far as we know so no actual delay.
My interpretation is that minor finalisations wouldn’t require a whole new draft. Instead whatever the minor issues are can be added to the current draft.
I also think it’s significant EML chose now to update their website. Why would they do that?
As for issue of the permit, I still think this year is a distinct possibility but if it does creep into Q1 then it’s not a problem to me.
I’m in the fund manager camp loading as well. These people don’t but on pure speculation otherwise they would have bought at 4.5p a week ago. I’m convinced a nod has been given somewhere. Maybe the torrid time for LTHs is coming to an end?
Beyondthesea - re where salt might go to - the American/Canadian market is massive in the winter. The North of the States and Eastern Canada have very harsh Winters (i've 1st hand experience!) and there is a big salt requirement for roads, airports etc.
This has been a very good day for us. The test will be can we build on this recovery over the coming days/weeks. Liberium still has quoted on their notes that the ESIA will be issued H2 2022. They know more than any of us so i'll take their word for it!!
Yes i've always believed the ESIA will be issued. If I believed any different then I wouldn't be invested here. Like you, the financing was another strong plus that the money men are pretty sure it'll be issued as well. Surely they haven't committed millions of $ just to see it washed down the drain? As you say 2peas, we have a product which is in great demand and when we eventually get into production, the profit figures will be very impressive.
On the negative side, I do think EML's communication with investors has been far from satisfactory. Granted there's been quarterly updates but i feel there could be more. Graham will come into his own when construction/production is seen but until now I feel he needs his various right hand men/women to get the permits over the line. A personal opinion here - I still think the ESIA was going to be denied then it would have been refused many many months ago and the fact it hasn't is another big positive for me.
GLA. Let's hope we see something to cheer about soon!!
Welcome 2peas. I must say your posts so far have been most refreshing to read and are nicely balanced. After all there's always negatives involved with any investment but still many positives. There still are many well educated posters on here who like myself tend to take a back seat nowadays due to a few "idiots" who it appears have one intention and that is to disrupt the good nature of the board. I for one will look forward to your future posts.
The fact so far you have 10 recommendations to your last post probably says it all.
