From experience I'm not getting too excited just yet. I've seen it so many times before where you think a 10%+ rise will be the fillip a stock needs to move to a different level, only for it to be sold into over the following days. So i'd say let's see how this week pans out then we might have a better idea whether we've seen the last of the 3's. Not being negative, just realistic.

Testpack - I share your frustrations to a certain extent. I'm not well up on permitting but have no doubt these will be granted in time. Circa $450m financing is a lot of cash and his 'ambitious' target of just into Q 2021 I have to take as gospel as HL is an experienced finance man and have confidence he'll come up with the right deal in a suitable timescale.

I was never expecting to make a mint here overnight so into next year is reasonable to look at possible decent profits. For those who want to wait another 2 years into production then i guess bigger rewards will be forthcoming.
