DJ/Wasa and others - Some great posts today to mark a milestone in the development of HZM. I won't repeat what others have said however I am interested in the sp movement and the apparent "seller" who has been a stain on us moving forward for what seems like a lifetime.

So they were selling yesterday @3.5p and today at a higher price. They've been selling in the 3's for a long time. They could have sold at just under 5p this morning but no, they chose to wait until the sell price had reduced to just over 4p before opening the taps again. I simply don't believe that the odd PI sale will have any massive effect on the sp and even traders are welcome to get out with their 10%-20% gains. But something is stopping us going into orbit sp wise and i guess it's the seller we've had for ages.

I could pose another question in that with the fantastic news today, why wouldn't the seller hold off for a while as surely the sp is going to advance over the coming days/weeks? But no, you can bet tomorrow he'll be here bright and early to sell some more. One day I guess he'll be done but i cant help thinking this is the only thing holding us back now.

Thats the podcast with Ben Turney. About 16 minutes in, Hayden specifically states he'd like permits sorted and finance ready "coming into the 1st Quarter 2021". So but that I took it to mean if not December then certainly early January?

SportBilly - i like your HZM comparison. I'm there as well and had the same thoughts as you. Indeed over there, its looking possible that off takes could cover the bulk of the extra funding requirement, hence maybe little to no dilution. Now I'm sure Hayden won't have missed this excellent piece of business so we'll see what he can come up with funding wise. I know you can't compare Nickel and Potash but its arguable we have an equally as valuable asset. Interesting times.

You think he was insinuating the eventual debt facility might be higher than 60%/65%? (with Brazilian banks included) So possibly very small dilution?

Good post Uncle John. I'm a little perplexed at the constant mention of SXX. I really don't see why as them and us are worlds apart, plus we're main market and not aim. The SXX cash requirement was like a bottomless pit whilst our cash plan is very clear.

I think in a recent interview Hayden mentioned both permits and finance could be out of the way by the year end. Even if it runs into next year, we have an expert in Hayden at securing finance and GC is an expert in the development phase and beyond. I'm very relaxed about my investment here and have seen nothing to worry me. I'll continue to add.

But Peggy aren't we waiting for the ultimate good news? I've been here for nearly 5 years waiting for buyout by a major. Nothing else will do as this would be the news which will advance us to a level we all want to see. Good drill results will bolster our case for a buyout even if it's not immediately reflected in the sp.

Yes I remember him Cattleman. I'm not about to back out now the prize is just around the corner. For the benefit of my nerves, I would like to see an AA buy out before the 6 months are up!!

Indeed Uncle John. I view my investment here as long term but 5 years might be pushing it. If I see continued value to hold though, I could still be here. As you suggested £1+??

As I have said, no good being a trader here. As an investor the short term performance is annoying but nothing more than that. By the end of the year i'm sure we'll be looking healthy

It's beyond me why a few seem to have bought here wanting a quick return. That was never going to happen. This is always a safe long term play.

So you're saying Tony when Arc gets to 40p, probably a good idea to sell out at that point?

Chisler, I'll correct myself as HL clearly states 'by the end of this year' in this June podcast. I might be wrong in saying Q1 2021. Another podcast clearly says him commenting about permits being sorted by the end of this year as well.

Correct me if i'm wrong but although it appears to be a sea of red, most trades are buys. 3.43 currently being quoted. Frustrating nonetheless not to see us in the blue for a change

i don't disagree with you Chisler as i too thought that was the original plan. I just seem to remember a later podcast had HL commenting about the "into Q1 2021"

Yep, long term ERCM holder here as well. Disappointed at recent movements but I have this as a long term investment and believe long term fundamentals haven't changed. My notes show finance and permitting sorted by Q1 2021
