I do feel we're in good hands with GC and his wealth of potash experience. Hayden is a financing expert so his role will be to the fore over the coming months. As in other "build/produce" companies, I'm looking for a decent return post financing and permitting next year but I guess the real money to be made is for the really patient ones when production starts.

Wasa, I'll fully admit if you'd told me 2 weeks ago we'd be 7p+ today, i'd have been booking the men in white coats for you. Now I can fully believe 12p/15p, you name it, post financing. Nothing else really to say here. The move has started.

If there's another raise by the end of the year then so be it. Of course I can see the benefits and necessity of such a raise.

The one thing i'd like to happen is for PI's such as us be given the chance to participate, possibly by Primary Bid as an option. Hayden certainly intimated recently he overlooked this possibility for the recent raise but would definitely consider it for the future.

I missed that comment Trev so will have another listen. You're right though, I do remember Hayden saying as much.

Graham did mention there were lots of conversations going on re finance (albeit in the early stages), so to that end, maybe as an example some news on the equity part of finance might be released? Just guessing really. I'll confess i'd be a bit disappointed if more dilution was needed so soon after the recent raise. Roughly how many minutes into the podcast did you hear that??

As has been said, a solid interview. Is it just me or have the timescales for Permits and finance slipped a little in GC's words? I just seem to remember Hayden's estimates being a touch sooner.

Anyway that doesn't bother me. I do feel very relaxed about my investment. Patience being the key.

Ibroxonia - I see your posting history over the last 30 days covers most of the universe share wise. Probably a good idea to read a little more about Arc/Warrants/Dilution. Better be quick though, the man from the East thinks we'll be gone in a couple of weeks.

Ah right ok. 1730 Washington local is 2230 Uk local time. Just seen the press preview and in tomorrows FT apparently Trump is going to try and fast track the Oxford/Astra Zeneca vaccine in the USA as an attempted vote winner.

Which is why I keep quiet about buying or selling any stock. I just think it's bad form to say you've sold and to still post. Before long, someone is going to accuse you of deramping. This is a decent board and I have no intention muddying the waters.

Aim 2D - many thanks for your earlier post following my 'threat' to trade here. I'm most certainly undecided at this point and will see how things pan out over the coming weeks/months. One thing is for sure, I wont be broadcasting it if I do trade, i'll just stay quiet.

Fineboy - Yes it's certainly exciting, and even more so when the research/chatter is turned into positive sp movement.

I really view age as just a number. I consider myself a fit and healthy 60 year old. Fortunately none of us know how long we'll be on this earth for so i'm enjoying every minute

Hi SeanT - Apologies for not replying to you last night. I was also on my 2nd bottle and thought it wise to leave the "Boards" st that point.

You seem as though you're enjoying life which is lovely to hear. That the aim of all of us in that we'll have a little cash in the bank (however we accrue it) to be able to do what we want in life. So the sentiment of your post most certainly got through.

Actually the more I research here and the more I read posts, the more I think i might stay a bit longer. Probably wont be able to resist a cheeky trade if and when we reach double figures. Have a good one!

All I can say gents is that you all seem very decent chaps. I hope you all get what you want profit wise, whatever age you are and however long you plan to stay invested here. If you can get it in your 40's then good luck to you.

You know, i'll probably never stop investing as I enjoy the thrill, the research and the winning (sometimes!!)

Aim to death + other posters - Yes I have traded this but only in an attempt to get a larger holding. (It's something i've done for year on other stocks) As i've posted before, I don't have spare funds and this is the only way to increase my holding. I've been trading for years so took a calculated risk. Having said that of course i don't want to be out of here for whatever major news might drop in the future.

I do respect all your comments and always view this board as very informative and cordial.

My other reason to get maximum profit in the shortest time is that i'm probably older than you guys having just reached 60. Im luck in that I have a job I love (part time now) and plan to continue to 65 as it's a good life/work balance with plenty of spare time. Having said that, there's no point in having hundreds of thousands profit in shares if I then pop my clogs. So for me there's another equation - enjoy the cash while i'm still fit and well. I guess you guys must have the in the back of your minds as well? Cheers

Fair comments AJ27 and an impressive post.

Flavourshaker - I guess we all need a plan and for me that's one of my options. Of course there's always the risk of no pullback, but the times a retrace has happened over the years in any number of stocks is more than you might think. Anyway, it just an option.

My ten penneth worth - on the sp and re breaking the 5p barrier. I think next week will tell us a lot. It has become quite a barrier recently so if we can sustain the 5's next week then i'd be confident of moving on.

Re exit strategy - I have made it clear i'll probably go after financing and especially if we make double figures. However i'm very aware of the class of this stock and opportunities like this don't come along every day. So i have various options. 1. Yes I could leave and invest a fresh elsewhere. 2. I could just leave my investment here until 2023. 3. I could take something out post financing with a view to trading HZM. There's a risk there but only in the worst case being i lose out on profits. Seeing how aim stocks perform after major news, it wouldn't surprise me if there's a pullback here after financing and maybe while production is ongoing. My reasoning mainly is that i'd like a bigger holding here but am not prepared to sell anywhere else short term as I'm equally as confident in my other stocks. Nice dilemma to have i guess.

The last obvious point is that all have figures in our mind as to what we want to do and what might happen to the sp. Of course this is all guesswork.

Then we might be taken out next week!!
