I have to say gents I have been very impressed by the comments this evening. I'm comparatively new here but been investing for more years than I care to remember. I really feel this has the potential to do very well over the next 12 months+ for anyone with patience. Can it do another GGP? hopefully. I'm adding as often as I can

Can’t disagree with you GGG. I just feel any placing will at worst cause a temporary blip as finance and permit news should be just around the corner by then. I added yesterday but like you I might wait until the placing before adding more.

GGG - alternatively you could argue the next placing is already priced in as GC muted there would be the need for further funds before the year end. If you invest here you’ll need to take a long term approach but I believe with handsome rewards if you’re patient.

Re today’s RNS. Sometimes you just can’t win when you produce a very informative update. There’s a lot to read there. The permitting hasn’t slipped in my opinion. It’ll be submitted by the end of the year. H1 is the estimate for approval. I guess there’s some who would moan if the company stays silent. At least they’re making an attempt to keep investors fully informed.

I've got many personal thoughts on sp but £10.64 isn't one of them!!!

Sensible post Hillview1 - I've locked mine away for the medium term and adding as and when.. Permits and finance over the coming months should bolster our position. Of course there's always the cherry of being taken out but personally I think that's for further down the line.

Agreed Chisler. Certainly updates on permit process (which should be well on the way now) plus HL's baby - finance. If we follow other stocks, I'd really hope for an uplift/rerate before finance is announced. Certainly an update this year even if finance won't be completed until Q1 2021.

As for the comments re "that other company". I'm not even going to waste my breath!
