I personally think the current Mcap is too low to entertain a buyout. Or at least HL won't accept a low ball offer.

Evening all. Just as a sweetener, last June we were sitting around the 2p level. By late July we touched 5p. The same can happen again quite easily with the right news. Plus this summer we're that much further on in our project and a major is that much closer to showing his hand.

No idea why that was a nasty post. China caused the virus, allowed it to spread and then did nothing to warn the rest of the world until it was too late. Now we're all having to deal with the repurcussions in some shape or form, and will do for a generation. That's unforgivable. The Chinese people had nothing to do with this. How could they have when they're monitored 24/7 and if they put a foot out of step then they're removed from society.

Yes indeed I share things with my other half as well. I just tell her this time next year (or the year after) we'll be doing very well. (Rodney comes to mind!). i don't tend to share things on a daily basis though!

Actually i don't think the long term plan will be affected too much. Ok, finance will be a bit late but things can catch up when life is a bit easier. Plus if a buyout is on the cards, then this could come at anytime (not that it will be entertained at these prices)

Really delighted with the RNS this morning and the increase in figures. Difficult to find fault really and I always look for any possible glitches. So the permitting should be signed and sealed and HL sounded pretty confident on the financing which should be sorted by the end of the year.

BTW very impressed with HL. He kept to his word that the FS would be ahead of schedule. So despite any CV19 excuses he's still come up with the goods. I have no doubt finance will be sorted by the end of the year as per his prediction/wishes. Could have a better guy at the helm.

That might see us moving nicely into the 6's next week. I can't see us being bought out yet and indeed that's probably a way off yet, but if and when we get to £100m Mcap, which is only just over doubling the sp from here, then the big boys will start to look at us. Not only to buy but also to invest in re pension schemes, etc. Exciting times.

Plus the BB is still fairly quiet which makes me think we're still under the radar.

SportBilly - you make a good point re the differences between Proactive and Crux. I'd like to see the CEO's from my portfolio on Crux every time. I thought the Proactive 'lectures' were nothing more than that. A company pitch with a couple of questions at the end. Easy for the CEOs whereas on Crux they get a bit more of a 'grilling' but in a fair way.

600T - I guess the is just part of the deal with aim. I know the assets are impressive and his words did indicated finance wouldn't be a problem. Just sorting out the finer points. I've always been a bit of a stickler for keeping to timescales. Well tbh I was a bit disappointed he just came out with Q3/Q4 and no explanation. I hope the sp holds upon over the coming weeks months
