Peggy old girl/boy, i've enjoyed very much reading your posts over the years and at least you're a known quantity. With the arrival of some new posters your posts actually sound intelligent. Mind you they do come over as absolute plonkers blessed with very few of the little grey cells.

I meant to add Notperfect, I believe finance is on tock in some shape or form. As you correctly said, they would have to have submitted an RNS is there was a material change to what had been earlier announced.

Thanks Notperfect - a really excellent post. You're totally correct of course in that we have a very experienced management team and they are not going to make a primary school mistake of giving away any potential inside information to a PI. Having said that, whenever I have contacted them, they have been very helpful and have gone as far as they could have with discussions.

I'm not so concerned just yet as to the low potash price. Hayden commented not so long ago that I think soy bean (I might be wrong there. Cant find the reference in my notes!) prices were doing very well and potash tended to mirror that price. We have at least 2 years until production so a lot can happen to the potash price in that time. It goes without saying it would be nice to see it moving upwards before too long. I tend to be guided by the Management in that if they're comfortable with the current price and how it might move then that's good enough for me. Probably not exactly helping the sp though.

It all adds up to a compelling case for investing in EML. There's so many plusses for Morocco and the surrounding area I can't begin to imagine funding will be an issue. I'm sure OCP will be involved in some shape or form. It'll obviously take a while for the market, investors, the herd to wake up to what we have here. Not everyone will want to hold for 2 years plus but even this year there's good money to be made. Most definitely adding at these levels.

Very good article Redroy. I think Morocco are very keen to have this project up and running. It's quoted as increasing local GDP by 40% per capita with thousands of local jobs being created.

Not sure either how much the savings there would be if the MOP is used comparatively locally as opposed to being shipped to Brazil?

Yakya - I've pasted a SIPP guide. TBH I wouldn't want to commit myself to any opinion as SIPPs form an important part of your future. Better to have a word with the professionals.

Yes i think I bought my first shares about 3 years ago but been adding more seriously for the past 18 months. I'll keep adding at these prices.

Things are indeed getting exciting as we approach the business end of this project. Another permit to hopefully come through over the coming weeks plus funding snippets. A good time to be invested here

Lew yes i think OCP will play a big role one way or another. Surely it too good an opportunity for them to have an asset the likes of EML on their doorstep. The only thing i'd like to see pre finance is for the sp to rise into double figures and hence dilution will be less. 80p in production is not too much to hope for. Long way to go before that but it'll be interesting to see how the sp moves over the coming months/years.

I'm sure it'll show up eventually Griffefc123 - congratulations on your holding. Probably like me, you're excited about what the future might bring here? I really can't see finance being an issue and feel OCP might have a lot to do with our end game. Of course i'd love to be taken out for 50p+ - now that would be a dream come true!!

Redroy, many thanks for taking the trouble, it's much appreciated. That sounds very decent with circa $50m dilution to get us into production. Of course the higher the sp the better at that stage.

If this does all work out and we're shovel ready in Q4, I can see a reduced timescale build, so possibly in the region of 18 months maximum which means production could be possibly in the middle of 2023. I always take an optimistic view!!

Yakya - I've given up doing sp predictions as i'm almost always wrong. So i'd just say double figures by the year end would be nice. Funding effectively de-risks the project hence i think it's so difficult to put a price on our assets.

I think it's reasonable to be nervous about funding. I am as confident as I can be and regular twitter updates form EML really helps.

I've always found both Graham and Hayden reply promptly to any queries I have. Having said that, they're not going to give out any inside information so that pretty much precludes any forthcoming finance deal quotes.

Gents we're basically betting on funding coming through otherwise the company has no future. I have to believe things are coming together and an announcement will be made at the appropriate time.

The only point of discussion i do have is that if a staged development is being looked at, does this mean a 'part' construction will take less time and therefore production all be it on a smaller scale could start sooner? Also it's not been commented on yet by the directors as to what percentage of the $411m would be needed for this staged construction? Maybe I should raise this with he BODs? Just interest what you guys think.

Excellent update. I do like the way EML keep themselves to the fore. Hopefully this news should underpin the share price and we can move on in coming weeks.

Well I wouldn't begrudge a decent holder top up below 6p!! Seems to be fairly quiet just now anyway. Think it might take some stonking finance news to move us on.
