Excellent summary Redroy as always. Looking further had, Graham hinted at possible exploration to the South West of our current licence to further extend production possibilities. He was talking 40 years plus which is well beyond my lifetime. Again he thought a tie up with OCP was possible as they have adjoining licences.

I think basically for now he's exploring so many possibilities of off-take/royalty deals

I agree with your thoughts the we're primed to start moving up. Finance is obviously the key to unlocking some big numbers re MOP/SOP sales

Totally agree with your comments Bluepalace. I thought it was quite an eye opening presentation. Highlights for me:

Graham quoted the chances of the MOP leaving Morocco as "slim". To me that means OCP will be heavily involved. Add to this the transportation savings making us even more low Capex.

MOP off take is virtually a given. GC said there's been plenty of opportunities to sign an agreement but they're using this as their 'trump card'.

I'm happy dilution will be kept to a minimum with the funding plan. Probably no more than 70% debt, but royalties will help.

Looking to the future, production should start by the end of 2023 with full production 2024. So possibly just another presentation but I think a couple of little gems have been released by Graham this evening. I'm happier than ever to be part of the EML story. I really think this can be a once in a lifetime company for the patient ones. Plenty of news to come this year which should surely propel us into double figures. After that, who knows.

i see Kore Potash (KP2) has got funding for their project with no dilution. Will be interesting if we can achieve something similar? Their funding raise is substantially more than our requirements.

Probably helped Audible that India have agreed a $280 per tonne contract and Graham recently talked of the price being $300 and increasing. With 2 years at least to go until production, this is shaping up nicely.

As for the video - I think the authors have shown themselves up to be under researched, biased, bearish idiots. Think we can ignore this one as spam.

As an aside from the "video", I was just doing a little light reading and found this comment which I thought was interesting...........

I have spent my career in logistics and am a member of the professional bodies, although bulk deep sea is not my thing, however it is an error to assume that shipping costs are the same on a tonne/mile basis globally. There is currently a huge discrepancy in bulk traffic flows across the Atlantic with grain from North America and soya from Brazil not being balanced with return traffic, everyday there are bulk carriers travelling west empty. So traffic from Morocco to Brazil will be very attractive to a shipping line at what might appear to be a very marginal rate because they will have charged a round trip rate from Brazil to Liverpool or wherever on the assumption that the vessel will return empty after discharge.

As an aside all these tolled "special" routes for freight are expensive, if you think the Panama toll is expensive check out the Suez toll. Or worse still on a tonne/mile basis, send a truck through the Mont Blanc tunnel, eye-watering."

Yakya - all my comments are just the way I look at things. Possibly one of my faults is that i am inherently positive, but the video has been a good eye opener. In short though I believe....

We're low risk technically and politically
We have full mining permit and shortly to receive the final permit,
Morocco will give aa 5-year tax holiday after first production
Has very low capex required, compared to peers
Has substantial by-product credits (salt), which can be expanded
Will be substantially profitable even at today's rock-bottom MOP prices
Industry-experienced management, with skin in the game
Has cash in the bank to strengthen negotiations with funders following recent placing
We're examining a staged development to minimise dilution (= management hopefully on shareholders' side)

Of course we're not without risk but I believe the video was too fr on the negative side and was not as up to date as it should have been.

The video does come over as overly negative although some interesting points are raised. It does beg the question, do they have another agenda?

The quotes below the video discounts a lot of what they've claimed although there does seem to be a difference in transport costs. Like others, i'm hoping OCP will become heavily involved which will negate any large transport costs. Transport costs were used as a comparison between Canada ops and Moroccan ops. I'm not really bothered about a few dollars here and there. To me there's no comparison between mines through aquifers and declines. You've got thousands of miles road transport plus thousands of miles sea transport compared to minimal road transport in Morocco and a lesser seas mileage. So just because a couple of guys came up with slightly different figures to EML or the company which produces the FS, I don't see this as a negative issue, just a differing opinion.

The bottom line is MOP prices going forward. They quote around $200 per tonne whereas GC in his recent LSE interview quoted $300 per tonne and he was optimistic that would increase. Personally I don't rate and wouldn't trust Belarus as a producer. they're not exactly the most stable of countries. We also have the possibility of SOP which the video conceded was positive.

I really also want to see EML looking after their investors and coming up with a good finance deal with minimal dilution.

I've sent the video to LSE and asked if Graham can comment on it on Tuesday.
