The only area I possibly differ from you is that I don't think we'll be here in 5 years time, or a lot sooner. than that I'm very hopeful we might get taken out, possibly before production starts. I don't mind admitting that has always been my preferred scenario, but you don't always get what you wish for!! OCP might have a big part to play. The eventual make up of financing might give us all a clue.

You're right of course re the phased option. My post was taking into account GC's most recent comments in that the preferred approach would be to use the FS option. I wonder if that's still the preferred option or might things shift a little considering the soaring potash price?

Wow that's impressive. I do wonder whether EML will looks at options for at least some production within the 2 year build timescale. I'm not and engineer so have no idea whether his is possible, just makes good business sense.

Sharetiks - You're right, the company did say by the end of H1 for the ESIA approval. Their latest comment have said they are awaiting a final meeting with the Moroccan EEC (Environmental Evaluation Committee), at which point the permit should be approved. I can only assume COVID has been the reason for what hopefully will be a small delay.

On the plus side, at no point have they said the start of construction will be delayed beyond the end of this year, so I can only assume funding news will follow on fairly swiftly after ESIA approval.

I do realise i'm almost 100% positive here but i really can't see anything not to like in the RNS. Taking Covid into account, it's impressive we are still on track to start construction by the end of this year.

Those really are eye watering figures for that project. I think i'm right in saying Graham has said it's not an immediate threat to us as they're looking at 10 years plus to come on line. Hopefully we might have been bought out long before that! Well I can dream!!

God luck Ted. Be aware we should have the Environmental Permit any day now. After that in Q3 there should be a number of funding announcements, all of which I would hope will move the sp along.

Hi Tedthewolf - Graham has said a 2 year build from the start of construction, so assuming we start at the end of this year we're looking at the end of 2023/beginning of 2024 to start production.

CleverThoughts - We have been and still are undervalued, so could just be investors/the market beginning to realise this. Plus news of the EIA approval must be just around the corner. Following that there's just funding news to come.

Audible re closed periods - I am employed by a FTSE250 company. I'm not a director, just an employee, however I get emails regularly to say the company is in a closed period (interims/finals,etc) and I am barred from trading in my Company's shares. So whilst i am not privy to director level knowledge, I'd still be had up for insider trading if I were to buy/sell during these periods and as a mere employee i'm still subject to close periods.

I'm far from an expert though and just going by personal experience and my own thoughts
