Evening CleverThoughts - welcome hopefully! I remember you form the ARCM board and know you're a respected poster there. i very rarely post there now due to it being inhabited by more than the usual helping of morons, but I continue to have a substantial holding there. it'll come good before long!
Now to EML - Well we're entering a potentially transformational time in the life of EML. This month i'd like to think we'll see the granting of the Environmental Licence. Finance news would also hopefully come through this month as we're looking to start construction by the end of this year. So debt/equity split plus off take news. There's also a feasibility study in progress re SOP. Again news there could arrive at any time.
If you've looked at the feasibility study from last year (which i'd advise), you'll see the figures are compelling and with the recent hike in potash prices, the the low capex/high margin is even more prevalent. I think a recent comment said based on m=the more recent potash prices, the payback time could be under 12 months.
Feel free to ask any questions. There's a few on here who are even more up to date than me. BTW the CEO Graham Clarke is arguably Mr Potash re his knowledge in building a mine. i think we're really lucky to have him on board. Hayden Locke is tasked with securing finance and again he is very experience in his field.
Of course no investment is without risk but imo this is one of the most exciting prospects on aim. Good luck CT
