Agree with what you say Trev and I hope you enjoyed the video interview.

One of the reasons i invested here as well was Hayden. He's an amiable guy and good at PR. As you said, he has the finance contacts needed for us to get a deal.

Not too worried about the sp as well for now but i'd like to think we'd move on when finance is announced and the shovel goes in the ground at the end of the year. Surely this will happen when the wider community realises the earning potential here long term. Or maybe we'll be taken out!!!

Yes I'm with you Redroy. The last permit seems to be a given going by GC's comments. I'm sure funding in some shape or form will be delivered as well at which point we should be moving on. I'd really love the sp to be higher over the coming weeks so dilution will be limited but i guess that's not he be all and end all.

A little disappointed we didn't tick up today given the amount of full ask buys during the day. Have a good weekend all.

Yes I really think 2021 will be good for all of us. It's probably been said before, but so often you see AIM companies being used as a 'lifestyle' tool for the directors to make money at the expense of PI's. I really don't think this is the case here. We're amassing a very skilled set of Directors who are going all out for the company to succeed. GC was an inspired appointment and i feel James Kelly will prove to be the same in time.

Yes it was apparent Trident don't have the financial clout (or are too smaller a company) to commit hundreds of millions of dollars to our debt requirements. I do wonder if the 30% equity GC mentioned could be reduced by the Moroccan Government committing 10% as has been mentioned before.

More patience needed but I really feel we're shaping up nicely for us to move on over the coming weeks/months. Graham just appeared relaxed with what he was being asked and had an air of confidence.

Ortus, following on from what you've said, and I might be way off the mark here, but the last thing we would want to become would be a cash shell. That's exactly the possibility if we sold lock stock and barrel to AA. But if we had an asset in Botswana then we avoid all the cash shell constraints and the rules that would go with it. Probably totally wrong but just a thought.

I'd not noticed it either but in all honestly I think us pi's will never get the chance to participate in future raises. Before the last raise, Hayden admitted he'd like pi's to be involved but then went and ignored us. TBH thought'd rather us going to 10P plus in the near term rather than being able to buy shares at what has been a small discount.

Hello gents. I'm not a TRR holder but do have a large interest in EML. The general consensus is it's a very good appointment for EML and gives more options for funding. He looks a very decent guy to me so i'm very happy he's part fo EML. BTW he's now non-exec Chairman of EML following a resignation. I assume you guys are happy with him?? ~ATB

Yes agreed. Graham is more assured with every interview. Two particular snippets I liked was his quote "anyone doing due diligence on the project" and the fact that potash is now $300 per tonne and he expects $400 per tonne in the not too distant future. These prices now compare very favourably with the figures quoted in the FS

First reaction was one of disappointment given the recent quotes we're fully funded, etc. However this is such a small raise and shouldn't have a long lasting effect on the sp. Often its what's not said with NvS rather than what has been said, so i'm expecting a nice little nugget or two over the coming days/weeks which will reverse todays drop. No surprise the market has look negatively so far. The market can't see beyond its nose!

"NED Kelly" got a chuckle from me. Might have gone over the heads of a few! This used to be Hayden's baby. I'd be surprised if he's about to walk away. Yes he does have other interests but a lot of Directors do. The boss of another of my stocks (ARCM) is a prime example.

Hi Slurms - Just commenting on your "Exec/Non Exec" quote from earlier. I think this is basically what you said, but my understanding is that an Exec Director is a full time employee of the company where as the Non-Exec is not. In other words the Non Exec is paid a fee for time spent assisting the company. I see this as another positive in that when he's paid by EML, he's doing something specific for the benefit of the company. So he wont be paid £50k/£100k a year and instead will get for example £500 for his days work.

Not sure whether this sounds too simple, but to me the major hurdle is funding. It's not that we're an explorer, we know the Potash is there, so surely if we can get a good deal funding wise then the future beyond that is rosy? So to me at the moment, EML are going all out to get the best deal they can by employing the best people.

Am i being too optimistic?

Interesting appointment to me and one which can be read into many ways. Firstly as has been said, why would Hayden need help when he's the finance guy? No answer really apart from the fact more is better than less when coming up with the best deal.

On a positive note I can see no reason why funding wont be forthcoming as why would you appoint a guy at this stage to only be made redundant in a few months?

Finally, and this is me just musing but assuming Mr Kelly does a good job and helps EML to come up with a cracking deal, what will be his role in the construction/production phases? One could argue as a finance guy he might be a tad redundant, so has he been tempted here with the promise of nice options and the fact we'll be ripe for a takeover at some stage after funding is in place? Making it "a nice little earner" for him!!
