He did say they'd set themselves an "aggressive" target of the end of the year to start construction, but the main bit for me was finance and permits. It was hinted the finance make up would possibly be 1/3 - 2/3 so definitely some dilution to come

Better if you guys watch the presentation, but it really caught my eye regarding the future sp potential here which is quite extraordinary. An example was used of a potash start up company some 10 years+ ago which was ought out for many many times its value at outset. Sorry can't remember the name of the company but that really opened my eyes.

Yes where are all the gurus who said they were talking to those in the know and the deal was virtually done. Never, ever listen to anyone on here as most of the comments are either made up or just plain lies.

50p sounds too good to be true. Personally I have 20p-25p in mind pre construction however I guess with finance sorted and a tailwind then more is possible. I just feel 50p+ is for approaching production and beyond, however we're in a very individual market, so once everyone wakes up to our individual potential here then I guess anything is possible.

Fuku - Yes agreed. I've always thought when AA came to the end of their DD, they knew they would be making an offer and it was just a question of what offer suits both parties. So i'm sure negotiating is happening we we speak, hence March (or before) is probably a good guess. I really can't see the process going on for another 6 months.

I think your quote is quite significant Marco. Historically Arc has risen by 10/15% then over the next few days it lost all its gains. Now we seem to have some nice strength at 6p+. Much more confidence from investors who can see what awaits.

PG - You say you invested at 3.3p. The last time it was there was end of November. So you've been here 6 weeks and now start to question your investment? (If you really are invested). Tell me why you invested in the first place. You obviously didn't have concerns at that stage. If you did and still invited then you're a bigger numpty than you're showing now.

What credence do you guys pay to the posting on ADVFN? In the past i've seen obvious leaks and then on the flip side blatant lying/ramping. Where does this post sit?

I think your comments Cbax re jobs in Morocco is spot on and why i think the licences are as good as nailed on. The project will really boost the local economy.

The investor conference is a good move as well. Maybe an RNS tomorrow or Monday so they have something of substance to talk about?

Who knows Unexpect3D. £1 is a long way off but anything is possible post production. Shorter term i'm sure we'll keep appreciating as permit/licences come in, plus financing news of course.

Cattleman - I used to be firmly in the buyout camp. Don't get me wrong, if AA offer enough i'm still in that camp, but i feel that way we could be sold short. So much better to JV a part of our assets for now. I can hold on another year if that's what it takes.

You talk a lot of sense Lew82. Posters will know this is my big long term hope. Maybe we forget also we're not an exploration company. The potash is there. Yes we still have to raise circa $400m, but with the Moroccan government onside and some of the best finance guys on the board, I think obtaining a deal is about as nailed on as you can get. There's obviously a lot going on behind the scenes which we are no privy to as yet. All in good time

It's really difficult to find a downside (which is worrying as I can normally find fault with most things!) and the only thing needed is patience.
